I’ll say the good, it’s a beautiful and large home with plenty of space to spread out.The negatives: for one, I had requested an early check in, they tell me via the VRBO chat app to contact them the week of arrival- which I did. The they tell me to contact them the day prior to arrival, which I did. They don’t respond until the day of arrival and tell me they can allow us to check in an hour early at 3pm. So we drive up early to drop my elderly mom off so we can make it to an early appointment at 4pm in Flagstaff only to find that the cleaners are still there and were NOT notified of our early check in. So I had to reschedule our appt.Also, if you plan to use the hot tub, like we wanted to- keep in mind it doesn’t go over 95 degrees. And our request to have it fixed didn’t get done until the next day- and it still didn’t go over 95/99 degrees. Which is way too cold in the winter months.Communication with property management was horrible. We will continue to stay at resorts or hotels moving forward on our Sedona trips instead of using VRBO or this property management group.

We enjoyed our family, the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and a lot of nice places to eat.

The home is lovely and met our expectations. Comfortable mattresses, ample towels, toiletries and hot water for our 3 couples celebrating retirement. Easily understood instructions on the operation of everything. This quiet neighborhood south of downtown was perfect for us. The best part was the walk ability to trailheads right around the corner! Traffic was backed up on 79 on Sat so we avoided the crowds and did a beautiful hike, encountering only 5 other people! It was one of the best hikes of our trip! Thank you!

Beautiful property and house. House was set up perfectly for our grown kids and their spouses! Plenty of room and space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes. No keurig coffee maker, but a coffee pot, and an additional warmer avaiable. Hot tub was great, beds were comfy!Definitely will stay here again!!

We truly enjoyed this property!! Everything about it was amazing!! Location is amazing with beautiful views. Layout of house is very inviting and well maintained!! Instructions could be found throughout the house. Highly recommend and will most definitely try to rebook in the future!! Loved our stay.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed all that the property had to offer. The hot tub was so good, we hiked the neighborhood trails and cooked in the well equipped kitchen. It snowed, so we also enjoyed the fire place! The kids played games in the beautiful enchanting gardens and I painted watercolors on the patio. Perfect vacation, perfect vacation home.

We had a great stay at this property! Very clean and big enough we could all spread out. You can walk to some great hikes right from the house!

The house exceeded expectations, even better than the photos. Being able to walk to trails, privacy of the large property, hot tub, all terrific. Beds were comfortable. Note that the bedroom with the two beds does not have a closet. Some info we received from the property manager was not correct (no Keurig machine), so check the kitchen before purchasing anything.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in midst of Sedona. Highly recommend for a family vacation as it was clean, comfortable, had ample space and a beautiful garden with mountain views.

We stayed this beautiful home and location just after Thanksgiving with family that was in from Florida. It was beyond amazing.I highly recommend it for any of your events or just time off in sedona!

What an incredible property! Easily accommodated my entire family and the grandparents (7 people). Beds were comfy, showers were awesome, living spaces were just right. Loved the back patio with the hot tub, lounge area, and gas grill. Kids loved the big, well maintained hot tub. Kitchen was perfect. We cooked all meals at the house. Lots of utensils and pots/pans. So many cute spaces around the property. It really felt very curated. Didn’t use the garage, but large enough to fit two big vehicles. Nice laundry room. Beautiful views of the cliffs and surrounding forest. The end of the road is a city cemetery, so it’s a very quiet area, and a beautiful morning walk. Very pleased and would most definitely make this our go-to home every visit.
