Kitchen: The front unit features a spacious kitchen with clean white marble counters, a large fridge, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, and essential cooking supplies.
The back unit kitchenette is similarly equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and cooking supplies.

☕️ Coffee: A Keurig coffee maker with a starter pack of K-cups and creamer is provided, along with dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, and wine glasses.
Snacks: We also provide a few starter snacks in case you don't have time to shop right away (snack items vary).

Scent Notice: We are not a scent-free location, using laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, Lysol, and plug-in air fresheners.
Parking: The rental includes four reserved parking spaces. (2 Garage, 2 Parking Spaces)
Laundry: The unit is well-equipped with a washer and dryer.

Guest Access
Entire Unit: You will be renting the entire unit, which is also available for separate booking for the front and back units.
Keyless Entry: Every guest is given a unique access code to the keypad lock (changed for each guest) for convenience and security.

Bugs/Pests
Nature Neighbors: Florida's tropical climate means you may encounter mosquitos, flies, small spiders, small geckos/lizards, and possibly palmetto bugs. We have monthly pest control, but if you encounter any pests, please let us know, and we'll address the issue promptly.
