There are also 2 bedrooms that that have 2 full size queen beds. The newly decorated guest bath has a tub/shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The couch in the living room does not have a pull out, however can sleep 2 additional people. The couch can sit up to 10 people. There is a brand new LED Flat Screen 42 HDTV & BluRay DVD & free movies on Netflix. In living room and all bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Bathrooms are equipped with towels and wash cloths. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking, eating and entertaining needs. Major appliances includes a refrigerator, electric cook top, microwave, toaster, blender and a coffee maker. The kitchen also has a built-in pantry, Brand new dining table and chairs that sits 6 . Washer and dryer room. There is a carport to keep your boat or vehicles out of the sun and plenty of space for parking. There is a large fenced backyard and a beautiful tiled covered sitting area with ceiling fans as you can relax and watch the sun set. Enjoy using the BBQ to cook up some home style barbecue.
