Great for small to large groups of 2 to 20, families (with kids) singles, couples, special events, and reunions.

Holiday weekends 3 night minimum, all week ends after MLK 3 night minimum thru March 15. Midweek all season are a 3 night minimum. (3rd and 4th night discount not available during the holiday season).

*Linen Charge*
There is a mandatory Linen Charge for beds at $15/bed, there is a $10 charge for towels that can be optional if you decide to bring your own.

Additional Fee's
Air conditioning fee = Permission must be asked fist to the owner for tenant bringing their own air conditioning, the maintenance person will help to install the air conditioners if okayed. Mandatory fee for each air conditioner is $50 per night. Example= 1 air conditioner per 3 days is $150 and 2 air conditioners per 3 days is $300.
Linens for bed sheets $15 per bed(mandatory). Towels $10 per bed or tenants can bring their own.

Cleaning=$350
upon request, early check-in and late check out at $30 per hour.
Discounts available for smaller groups upon request.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Anyone 21 or younger must have a parent co-signer as well as an additional cash security deposit per person as well as a copy of a valid ID of the renter, if the renter refuses to show me the ID I will be cancelling the booking.

For any small , large or electrical appliance or tents or outside fire pit , permission must be asked and granted before bringing over to the property . A cost would be assessed and added for such extra amenities .

A government issued photo or school I.D MUST be presented for every person staying at the property upon booking .

Please use smoking containers provided for outside smoking !!!
