Stayed Apr 6, 2024We used 24/37 of the beds in the house. It is sort of amazing that we could even find a house of this size for our Eclipse Viewing Party/Mini College Reunion. The kids loved the pool! The adults loved the well stocked kitchen and ample living spaces, the fire pit, the River and the sizeble parking area. Communication with Frio River Resorts was a breeze. You need to come prepared. Read the details for the property and have a bedding/towel and paper products plan. We did. And it worked out fine. Enjoy! We did.
