Directly on the Beach~Private Sun Deck~Outdoor Shower~Jetted Tub~Covered Balcony

The location is great, the beach is great, the beds are great .The house is in need of an update /refresh .Paint ,get rid of the carpet, get a comfortable couch. Above all fix the sliding doors. Hard to unlock and almost impossible to lock.Still a good value and if you are not picky you will have a great time. If you are picky don’t stay here.

The home was very well maintained and managed. There was an unexpected welcome gift that was very thoughtful and generous. We will definitely be back if invited. I would have given the property six stars if that was a choice.

Amazing view! Easy access to the beach and shops.

This townhouse is in a perfect location at the beach. The townhouse itself does need new flooring stair/bedrooms. Black out curtains would be a great option for bedroom for those who do not like light coming in the windows. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained the whole time we were there. I would rent from them again if the flooring was addressed by owner.

I can't say enough about the view, beach access and location. It was perfect!The condo, not so much. I was aware that there would not be extras, but one roll of toilet paper, one pack of laundry detergent, and one trash bag for 4 adults for a four-night stay was not reasonable. There was a spice rack, but no salt and pepper? The carpet was dirty and really needs replacing. It was moderately clean, but the sheets on one of the beds smelled as if they had not been changed. The furniture looked well used, and I would only sit on the couch if it were covered with a sheet. Renovations are in desperate need for the price we paid. The cottage feel, the view and accessibility to the beach made it worth it, but the owner needs to consider updating it.

Cant use the jets in the tub, so if a jacuzzi tub is deciding factor this property isnt for you. Also the WIFI is poor if you need to use it for work purposes you need own hotspot, the property is inrough shape needs multiple repairs. The light in spare room doesnt work, the awning obove 2nd story balcony is falling apart. Would not recommend for a family

Actually was a pretty good place to stay place needs some updates Carpet gutter outside above bedroom paint coming off the roof up there and I only noticed it because I was laying on the patio in the sun. Bathroom sink upstairs leaks when you turn the faucet on hot water side Tub upstairs the jets don’t turn on. Great location enjoyed my stay actually like I said just need some few updates.

Been spending spring and fall breaks in the Florida panhandle as well as Gulf Shores for a decade now. This was the first time we staye

The condos view was amazing! excellent! , the inside needs updating and it had a musty smell. dust or spider webs on sconces and light fixtures. The carpet needs to be replaced. We had a sliding glass door issue and it was resolved pretty quickly. The layout is fine and it served our purpose. We did kill 2 large roaches and extermination needs to be often. The BBQ on the porch appears cracked and a new one should be available. Also the wood on the upper deck toward beach is rotted and need replaced. We would stay in another one close by but until this one is updated will most likely not return. The beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay the location was great just a quick walk to the beach! The property were exactly as described and the pictures matched!

Jetted tub didnt work and was dirty. Unit smaller than it looked in pictures. Grill was absolutely nasty and broken. Path leading to the beach was overgrown and dirty.

Loved the place.. amazing beach access.. a comfortable place to stay. Bathroom doors didnt have working locks, but not a big issue. The thin curtains hinder sleeping in. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. You can't beat being right on the ocean. We have stayed in one of the other units here and I can assure you that you will not hear your neighbors while you are inside (at least we haven't). The decor is a little dark but how much time do your really spend inside? Beds and furniture are comfortable. The only problem is the jets in the master tub did not work which didn't impact us but you might care.

Great location. But property is not well kept or clean. We had to wash the whole kitchen when we arrived. We definitely left it cleaner than we found it. Not good for groups or cooking. Good if you plan to eat out and don’t look too closely
