Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect cottage for my husband and me and our two kids. It had everything we needed and a great location. The only thing I would mention is that if you have a big SUV, this is not the cottage to stay in. So the “parking space” is in front of your cottage, but in a small alley. Other cottages have to use this alley to park as well. The way other guests park, there is no way to turn around so you have to back out onto 30A to leave. 30A is always busy so that was not fun. Also, our internet did not work for 4 days so we couldn’t watch TV at night.

The week prior to us arriving, I received a text message letting me know what I needed to finalize and a link directly to the form. I responded to the text with a question and received a response right away. Prior to our arrival, we had already been sent the door code and any other pertinent information we needed. About an hour after we arrived, someone from the management company came by to make sure we got in ok and to see if we had any questions. Throughout our stay, I had a few questions that I was able to text and every time received a reply very quickly. We were also sent a text message about the Easter celebration taking place. It included all the details needed for us to get there on time for our daughter’s age group’s Easter egg hunt. Aside from those things, the house was clean when we arrived and there were plenty of towels for our family. There was also a small bag of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. We also had everything we needed to cook breakfast and ample utensils, plates, and cups. We have one suggestion- it would have been super nice to have salt and pepper there. Again a very minor issue! The drain in the bath/shower was very slow so when you showed water would fill up in the bottom. It didn’t prevent us from being able to shower or give our daughter a bath though. Overall we had the most amazing experience with Homeowners and in Seaside! I have told everyone I know that they need to plan a vacation with Homeowners to Seaside. We will definitely be back! My 3 year old cried the day we had to leave for the airport. For what it’s worth, she loved our rental house too!

We got away for part of spring break 25' to Seaside and wanted to be close to the beach and the square. All was great. We ran into a small problem and the management team was on it asap. Highly recommend the place. Can't compare the charm and the location to others.

The house was well maintained, good about of amenities in the kitchen, furniture and bedding were in good condition and a good amount of seating for 3 guests. It would be helpful if the property had instructions on how to use the appliances as the dishwasher was tricky as so was the lock on the main door. The house location was very convenient to the beach and the downtown area. Renter beware if you are renting in the summer months! Due to its proximity to the main road, crowds of teens pillage the streets till the late hours of the night. They are extremely loud. Do not leave belongs outside as they will steal them even if they are out of view from the road. Also, there is no parking at the house so you will have to find parking along 30a which was difficult.

It was approximately a 5 minute walk to the private beach and about the same to the square. The house was beyond precious and the staff treated us like we were family. Every little detail was met.
