We had a great family vacation with lots of room

Our family of 11 stayed here. Amazing location right across from the beach. The home had plenty of room with lots of comfy beds. The kitchen was fully stocked and the outdoor areas were. The highlight of our stay for the younger kids. We brought board games for rainy days and there was lots of space to spread out. The host was fantastic, easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the hot tub heater went out on the first day of our stay; however, Ron was great about having the pool company out ASAP and they were able to get everything in working order for us very quickly. We would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay here again in the future.

The house is fantastic just across the road from the beach. The well stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and the lift provides access to every floor.The house is well maintained and spacious. We would be happy to stay here again.

The home had good architecture/design; however the cleaning crew did not do as well. Two (2) of the bedrooms had sand under the covers/in the sheets. The floors needed to be mopped due to dirt and stains. Unfortunately, there was an electrical issue and the 2nd floor bedroom did not have power for 2 nights -family members did not have electricity for those nights. The host responded but unfortunately could not assist or accommodate us for the inconvenience during the time we stayed at the house. Overall, stay was okay.

Overall, the property was good for my family. The pool needs some work. Filter system wasn't working properly and pool area could use an update and deep cleaning. The cloth blinds in the house should be replaced with easy to use blinds. Otherwise, the place was in a great location- close to everything. Great kitchen.

The house was great! A perfect size for a large group. Great location for beach access. We really appreciated all the extras like bicycles, beach toys, pool table. And the pool was a big hit as well. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Owners readily answered all questions and were very helpful.

Booked this for Memorial Day weekend. In a great location near a lot of restaurants and shops. Plenty of room and seating for a large family. The private pool was the highlight of the week. Property managers were very communicative and friendly

We loved everything about this house. Everything we needed for the beach and for comfort all around the house. Communication with the hosts was amazing and they quickly responded to every question we had. Highly recommend

We stayed here 9/3-9/8. The house is exactly how its listed. We loved it and had a great time. The location was perfect and beach access was just across the street. We had problems connecting to the tv ( we did get it to work) and also the outdoor speakers did not work for us. We contacted the owners and they were very quick to respond. We tried everything and appreciated their communication to help us. Even though we could never get the outdoor speakers to work everything else was just perfect.

This home was everything the description claims. Amazing views, close to the beach, plenty of room for 17 people. The owners responded when we messaged. They allowed us an early check in and they weee friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this for any family looking for a relaxing time near the beach.

This home is beautiful, and extremely comfortable with amenities galore and convenient to everything we needed. The home offers easy access to the beach, located directly across the street from the public beach entrance. It was perfect for our large group. We’ll definitely be renting this home again next year!

The house it’s beautiful, but need more cleaning

The place was great. A couple things I would recommend… provide trash day so during the week we could put out. The pool filtration (waterfall from hot tub) for circulation did not work towards the end of week. Also although small a few more dish towels for dishes (there were only 1).
