We enjoyed our stay

Had a great time! The place was nice and clean and everything was perfect!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the park and beach. Lots of room, very clean, and has all that you need (including a Keurig). I’m very picky and was extremely happy with this home. We will definitely stay again if we head back to Gulf Shores.

Great location and property.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. With three bedrooms, 3 hall bunks, and four bathrooms, everyone was comfortable The owner has a beach wagon which was a blessing! We had a wonderful family vacation!

House was very nice. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Not a bad walking distance to the beach. Overall a great space for me and my family

This was the perfect house for our trip! More than enough sleeping space for our 4 adults and 5 kids, right across the street from beach access. Right next to the neighborhood pool was a huge plus! Easy to run in for bathroom breaks or to refrigerated items. Check in was simple, house was clean, property manager was a text or phone call away and replied almost immediately. We have nothing bad to say about this property!

This was a beautiful property and very comfortable. We had our daughter’s family with us and we each had a master bedroom and bathroom. There is bedding for a very large group, and 4 full baths. We could watch the pool from the balcony. Only downside is the dishes were not microwaveable. Lots of dishes but only two small containers could be used in the microwave. So that can be resolved by bringing paper plates.

This house was great. It had necessary items in the kitchen. There were plenty of linens. We would definitely return to stay at this property again.

Awesome beach house and great location!

We had a great week at Lance's cottage. The kitchen was very nicely appointed, comfy beds and great living space. Many thoughtful touches throughout...laundry detergent, soaps in each bathroom, extra refrigerator in the laundry room, pillows and throws on the couches, etc. The cottage had views of Gulf SP as well as the Gulf of Mexico. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach, which was wonderful! Given that it abuts Gulf State Park, the beach was much less crowded than just a couple hundred of yards West. Lance was very responsive to questions, and recommended a great restaurant, Tin Top. It's about a 20 minute drive but well worth it! The convenience of Gulf SP is great; 28 miles of hiking/biking trails, a huge dog park, and great beach access. You will not be disappointed!

4 Days over New Years day, a great time to visit Orange Beach if you are trying to avoid crowds. The home was very well kept and up to date.

We loved the property and location. We stayed over Thanksgiving week and it was convenient to everything. The property was well equipped and clean. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the deck while drinking our coffee. We would stay here again.

We were very impressed with the beautiful accommodations at this beach house in Gulf Shores! Had everything we needed and was beautiful interior & exterior, and was very clean! Super close to the Gulf State Park Pier and walking distance to the beautiful beaches!!! Highly recommend!!!

Very nice property, out of the way so its not as congested which makes it nice.

Enjoyed the house. We were there dor our daughter's tournament in Foley. Beautiful, cut home and perfect for what we needed. I will say a talk needs to be held with the cleaning crew about minor thoing, but when comunicated with owner things were handled promptly. Thank you!

We loved staying here. Plenty of space for family of 5, could’ve slept many more, loved having 4 bathrooms. Had everything we needed, comfy beds, nice linens. Short walk to the beach and not too crowded because you’re at the end by the state park. Easy to drive to restaurants but also nice and removed to just stay in. Pool nice added plus. Loved overlooking the park. Would stay again!
