Direct Unobstructed GULF VIEWS, Literally Across the St from the Beach!

Honestly we enjoyed the stay we are not picky people it's pretty far down from the main attractions but the beach was beautiful an clean that was a big thing we drove down a bit to the beach an it was really dirty down their by the pier but the property alone just needed some updates an will we be back 50/50 chance

The beach access and area was great! The home furnishings could have been upgraded. The bed was very uncomfortable and the couch had a tear in the cushion. The home was beautiful and overall stay was really good and relaxing.

The location is great if you prefer the quieter side of PCB and to be closer to 30A (which is exactly what we wanted!)We had a couple of small issues with the rental experience. One, the bunk room is only meant for small children (sign on the wall says 100 pounds or less). We thought we had room for 4 more teenagers so that was a little misleading.Fortunately, only one extra teen came with us so he slept on the fold out couch downstairs.The other small issue was that the property manager stopped by to ask how everything was going and I mentioned that the water filter on the fridge needed to be replaced (65 days overdue) and he just kind of laughed and acted like that was not a real request. By overall, we would stay here again.

We had a great time. The house was in a great location and was very clean and nice.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The place surpassed our expectations. It was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the short walk across the street to the beach and less hectic paced community. We would definitely stay there again! The only suggestion I would have is to additional seating to the den like a recliner or loveseat.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the house layout and location was great, it left a lot to be desired. The beds all around were a major complaint within our group. Upon arriving we found that the house had an ant problem which led to us finding it difficult to keep food or even cook without ants getting into everything. The freezer on the fridge did not work and neither ice machine worked. The beds in the bunk beds are some of the thinnest “mattresses” and were only supported by 2-3 slats each, making them Impossible for even a child to sleep on comfortably or even safely. The couch downstairs was so bad that we had to purchase air mattresses for anyone to be able to sleep in that room.

The stay was great it was clean had plenty of room. The property mgr was great check in and out was easy. Great views close to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Great location would definite stay again.

Our family has several married couples who all got a king sized bed. The downstairs suite provides a private space with queen pullout and small kitchen which worked out perfectly for our family. The large open living space was awesome- complete with a beautiful view of the gulf. We had a GREAT stay!
