Ocean view great. There is a pass between the dune that makes for a flat walk to the beach. House is nicely decorated, updated and clean. Seating is comfortable for six adults in living room. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Kitchen had most supplies for cooking meals. Beds comfortable. Showers had good water pressure. No access to garage. Fantastic location.There are video cameras at the exits, which are fine. BUT, the one on the back deck felt intrusive bc we socialized out there a lot and felt like big brother was watching/listening to us. They said they won't view it unless there's a problem but still, you never know. Just creepy.

Despite the weather and having double red flags, it was great having a beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach. The house was very clean.But, the beds were not comfortable for any of us. Sleeping was a challenge. The bunk beds were shaky and old. The dryer did not work properly. Sheers do not qualify as drapes, and gave us no privacy in a bedroom. After talking to the Management co, I decided to give up on that issue.

We enjoyed the easy drive to all the things the Piter Banks had to offer. The only negative for us ( which I did not take into account ) were all the steps for my 85 year old mother. But we managed to get her up and down! I would highly recommend this house!

The home had everything you needed. Walking distance to the supermarket which is great. This home has a great layout. Hot tub was great when the weather at night got cooler. Bring your fishing pole to surf fish or head over to Jeanette’s pier. I would recommend this place. Rebecca was a great host and checked in to see how our stay was.

The property was clean and the host was helpful and easy to reach. Having a hot tub with a view was a nice plus. We would definitely stay again.

House was so spacious, clean and beautiful, and had the most beautiful view. Hosts were responsive and helpful!

Beautiful home and amazing location

This is a beautiful home located in a great neighborhood. Home was cozy and comfortable. Views were amazing. The private walk to the beach was exceptional. Only regret was not staying longer!

I can not say enough great things about this home and the owner. Everything was absolutely amazing. My most favorite thing was the ice maker!! What a great surprise!! Thank you so much Karla for helping us make an unforgettable memories.
