My family and I are very humble do we get joy out of the small things but this was quality.

Went with Family and friends for the shrimp fest. It was in a great location for that. House could use a few updates but overall was a great place to stay. They need to fix the back door going out to the deck. It doesn’t open all the way. Otherwise it was perfect.

An honest & detailed review from a family of 10. THE GOOD: the location was perfect. The view was amazing. Parking was covered and perfect for 2 vehicles. Even though the house is a duplex, we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. the house had its own stand alone ice maker. THE BAD: this house is B.Y.O.E. - bring your own EVERYTHING. want more than two trash bags and two dishwasher tabs when staying a week? You gotta bring it. Want more than two small rolls of TP in each bathroom for 10 people? You gotta supply it. The only “extras” the kitchen has is basic salt and pepper. Don’t rely on the pull out couch in the living room as a bed- It was HORRIBLE. And the couch itself was sunken in. The double bunk bed room was a bit unsafe; the railing for the top bunk was very loose. Lights would randomly flicker in the house. the back door to the deck only opens half way. THE UGLY: the house really needs some TLC. We don’t usually knit pick on this kind of stuff…but there are a few things that raised concerns. In several spots on the upper level, the ceiling paint is peeling and has mildew (or ???) around it. The day we arrived we had to call to have a repair man out to fixed several things (bathroom lights were not working in one bathroom, vent fan in one guest bathroom was out and was barely working in another, laundry room light was out) they did come out the next day to fix those things. The house did not quite live up to our expectations for the price

We had a group of 13 people 3 to 80 and the house was great for us.

Got to location found out Microwave was not working. Communicated with number given to me. They were respectful and issued a ticket. For 5 days I communicated but never got the issue resolved, I probably should have gone to Walmart and bought a 70 dollar microwave but I was under the impression this would be taken care of. I was wrong. So I gave up. I will probably not use this company again for rental because what if it had been wifi , air conditioning , power water or something critical? Would the response had been the same?

Loved the location. Only problem is the back door is hard to open.

Avg condition, good location, right on the beach. Owner just needs to do a good maintenance review and fix a few things. It's not fancy...but you are there for the beach!
