Direct Gulf Access | Heated Pool | 45’ Dock + Fire Pit

What a wonderful home. It was plenty big enough for the eight of us. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and all the toys, it was so nice to have. Very happy that the pool had a baby fence, it gave us peace of mind. There are so many extras in this home, we are now spoiled and it’ll be hard to live up to. Did I mentioned the extras: snores bar, snack station, coffee and hot chocolate bar. A personalized welcome sign to greet us. We played connect four, rode the bikes, fished off the dock, kayaked around the canals, and so much more. The beds were so comfortable. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas which was a surprise, we all loved that. We enjoyed breakfast at silver dolphin-large portions and good food. You can feed the turtles while you wait for your breakfast. Visited Homosassa Springs- a must to see the manatees. Many attractions not too far away- rainbow springs, air boat tours, fishing charters, pine island, putt putt and more. Everything was in excellent condition including the kitchen pans to the life jackets. The owners were really prompt at responding to questions, always checking in to make everything was ok. Definitely recommend this home. Thank You for all that you do!

Beautiful property, very clean, lots of space, great neighborhood, excellent communication with homeowner, and loved all the personal touches! This is our 4th stay in Hernando Beach and would definitely stay here again! Book this property - you won't be disappointed!!

The property was beyond amazing, and communication with Josie was exceptional. The house was perfect, from the cleanliness to all the amenities. The kitchen is stocked better than my own! You honestly don't need to bring much other than clothes and food. I've stayed at many VRBO's but none as well stocked as this. There were plenty of towels for showers, and an entire setup by the pool included towels, sunscreen, and a mini JBL for music. Outdoor games, baby toys, games, and cards were just a few of the items we used. There was so much I couldn't possibly list it all, but to say I was impressed is an understatement. We highly recommend this home . Bring your boat! Access to the gulf is right around the corner.

If you are looking at other places, look no further! This is it!! There were 7 of us, with 5 kids, so space and amenities were very important. There are at least 5 large areas just for hanging out, whether on a hammock, swing, or rooftop watching the sunset, there was plenty of space for us all. Josie has thought of everything, and laid out everything you could think of. Just bring your clothes, because almost everything is provided. There are four kayaks, one of which is a two-person, and we paddled out to the Gulf. The house is about 30 min away from Homassassa, where we went scalloping. We brought the scallops back and cooked them on the Blackstone and had smores, also which was provided by the house. We have stayed in other houses in Hernando, but this is by far our favorite. We recently stayed at Hernando Hideaway and I wanted to say that my entire family ages 7-75 had one of the best vacations in their life! The communication from the owner Josie was exceptional! I’ve worked in customer service for over 30 years and Josie provides some of the best customer service I have ever seen! Her emails are fast and detailed.The house itself has everything you need. A coffee station with K cups provided, starter condiments in the fridge, a huge variety of cookware, plates, cups, laundry detergent, s’mores kit, snacks, extra tooth brushes, toothpaste, etc… The house is clean and beds are comfortable.My kids loved fishing off the dock. We rented golf carts from sweat heart carts and drove to the bait shop. Josie had several fishing poles and other fishing equipment available for use. We caught catfish, crab, a stingray and other various fish. The dock has lights for night fishing and a sink to wash your hands.The pool is saltwater and was super clean. My family enjoyed this area allot! Josie has pool toys, life jackets, swim masks, beach toys, pool basketball hoop, coolers for your drinks and more!We drove our golf carts to many restaurants on the strip. Our favorite was the drunken mullet as they had live music on the water and good food. We rented a pontoon boat from captains boat rental and saw many dolphins in the canals.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect vacation. Plenty of room with multiple gathering places for fun and time alone. The pool and pool room are perfect. The dock and kayaks are fun. The bedrooms are comfy. Josie adds so many extras… a S’mores bar, snacks, Monsters, a coffee bar, cleaning supplies and more. Everything you need for an excellent trip is provided!!

This property is so clean and beautiful! They really thought of everything possible to provide a fun and relaxing environment. The pool is crystal clear and refreshing. Take a break from afternoon thunderstorms in the pool game room…plenty of games provided. From coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen, and toiletries to coolers, chairs, and towels for the beach…they have you covered. Even sunscreen and bug spray! We had fun crabbing on the dock and roasting marshmallows on the fire. All s’mores items provided as well. Amazing hosts! Thanks again for a great stay ?

There aren't enough words to describe our overall satisfaction with the host and property. From the moment we booked the trip, the host communicated with us to ensure we had what we needed. Upon arrival, the property was exceptionally equipped with every detail imaginable. The house location is ideal for boaters, with quick access to the Gulf by water and just a short drive to local restaurants and shopping. Once you are settled in the house, there isn't a reason to leave other than to enjoy the local waterways.
