Stayed Jul 6, 2019The main benefit of this property is the location. Two beaches are within comfortable walking distance and the house is really in the centre of town. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby but the road itself is a very quiet cul-de-sac. It is also a short walk to the St. Malo pedestrian ferry. The house has 2 large bedrooms and a brand new open plan kitchen dinner all on the 1st floor. There is a washing machine in the basement and a large rear garden. The drive of the property is too small for modern cars but there is free parking immediately outside on the road and there was space every day. We would recommend this property for anyone wanting to explore Dinard and St. Malo.
