Stayed Jan 22, 2026The host was awesome, very quick to respond & helpful! We loved the space, everything was very clean, we all thought the beds were so comfortable, & we had a great time! Only issue we ran into was a power outage due to the weather but obviously that's out of their hands & we left the same day so no big deal!

Stayed Apr 17, 2024The location was close to downtown but did not feel safe in that particular area. The floor was not vacuumed or mopped. The towels had a smell to them and were stained. Towel rack fell off when we went to wipe our hands in the bathroom. When we went to make coffee it was still full from the last guest so we had to clean it. Stains were on the mattress when we went to strip the beds to leave. All the sheets in the closet was just thrown in. I don’t typically leave reviews but I feel this property really needs some attention. Safety was my main concern though and I do feel they are trying to fix the area up but definitely be with extra people. When we were sitting on the couch a man was walking down the street and just stopped and scared in the window at us. Walls had marks all over them and the pillows on the couch had a smell. All and all the property really needs some attention.

Stayed Dec 18, 2023This is a very nice property in an area that is up and coming. It is driving distance to downtown Nashville. Lots of newer construction nearby, but the neighborhood around the property felt unsafe at night. There were a lot of homeless people hanging around the streets near these townhouses. The townhouse is modern and very comfortable for a family of 4+. My teenage daughters were thrilled to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was well maintained other than lots of wall damage from previous guests. Additionally, we found some trash (food wrappers and a stale piece of a large pretzel) under some of the furniture in the master bedroom that must have been left by the previous guest. The garage and front door entrance is on the 1st level...so bringing suitcase up 2 flights of stairs was a bit of a challenge. Once we were settled, navigating the 3 levels was very manageable. Overall, we had a great trip to Nashville.

Stayed Feb 25, 2023Location was within 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do. House was very modern and had all the amenities we needed. Great kitchen. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Our vehicles were secure in the gated garage area.

Stayed Jan 7, 2023Nice, clean home and close to shops/dining near downtown area. The check-in and check out process was very easy. The hosts were very responsive. The place was well furnished and kept clean. Will definitely stay here again on our next trips to Nashville.
