This Stylish & Modern Miami Estate (built in 1947) gives you the true Miami experience, with all Miami South Beach attractions just minutes away! The home is a single family, two story design, with a private pool, and 4 parking spaces. Completely renovated in (2021/2022), fully furnished 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house even allows a group of 12 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! There are 12 adults maximum in guest registry. Groups can extend up to 14 adults overall total occupancy, (excluding children under 3 yrs old.) No more than 2 additional guests over are allowed without notifying host. These 2 additional guests do not need to be applied to guest registry.

Our Diamond Estates: Miami property is less than a 25 minute drive from Miami South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Wynwood, Design District, Brickell, and the Hollywood Hard Rock Casino! We are only a 15 minute drive away from the iconic Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach. The immediate area/neighborhood is a great place for walking, jogging, or bike riding for the whole family.

Utilize Rt 1 Biscayne Blvd or Rt 95 for travel to: Ft Lauderdale, Aventura, Hollywood, Wynwood, Design District, Downtown Miami, Brickell. Also, utilize causeway access into Bal Harbour, Surfside, North Beach, Mid Beach, South Beach, South of Fifth.
