WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! VERY CLEAN AND LOTS TO DO AROUND THE AREA.

Great experience. The house was clean easy to find. Equipped with all the thing you could possibly need for a trip to the beach. Mike was great anyt question I had I was able to contact him direct and was very helpful. I will be referring everyone that ask for a place to stay to contact Mike.

This is going to sound like a paid Amazon review lol but I couldn’t complain about a single thing at this property, Mike literally provides everything you need in a home from towels to toothpicks!!! The house was so clean, the air conditioning kept up with the weather and the kids going in and out there was board games for the kids when it was raining and outside games for when it was pretty, air mattresses extra blankets and all, a short drive to the beach and he provided wagons, chairs, tables, umbrellas everything you need for the beach except your swim suit!!!!!! My favorite part about Mike is his communication and I was reading his guest book (which I forgot to sign) was a family had suggested he get something for a baby like a pack n play or something and I go to the closet to get blankets and there’s a brand new pack n play!!!! I can’t wait to return to his home for our next beach vacation

Very conveniently located, best amenities of any place I've stayed. No trips to the store to get basic supplies, best stocked kitchen you'll find. House is clean and comfortable, beds are comfortable, nice screened in back porch and private back yard. My friends enjoyed the tame rabbits hopping around back there. Nice gas grill, and toys in the usable garage. Friendly and helpful owner. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

My son and his 8 friends stayed 5 nights and they loved the location and loved the space! The host was very helpful and easy to contact if needed! Would highly recommend!

Mike is a great host always had great communication the house when we arrived was clean there was extra tooth paste, shampoo, body lotion lots of places to sleep and great area with nice neighbors also had lots of towels for the beach. Overall was a 10/10 stay thanks so much Mike.

The stay was amazing, the house was very well cleaned when we arrived and the check-in process was smooth and effortless. There was nothing missing in the house and everything was labeled throughout the house to make things easier on us. Mike was a very good host and helpful at anytime throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this house for large groups that are looking for a good place to stay in the panhandle.

The host Mike was just great! He was very thorough explaining all the ins and outs of the place. He had literally everything you would need besides your clothes, some food and your swimsuit. ☺️ Everything is also labeled so you know where everything is. We only stayed for the weekend but as soon as my husband got in the house and looked around he said we will be booking with Mike again! We still felt that way when we checked out. No issues while we were there, the house was clean and very comfortable. The house was also in a quiet neighborhood that is relatively close to everything. Perfect location for us. There was no one checking in the day we got down there and so Mike offered early check in & there was no one checking in the day we were leaving so we were able to have a late check out which was great so we hit the beach for a little while and we were able to shower from the beach before our drive home. We def recommend booking with Mike and staying at the Devine Chateau!!
