Destin, Miramar Beach - 4,000 square ft. Steps to the Beach, plus private pool!

We spent a week at this VRBO for our family vacation and couldn’t have loved it more. The house is HUGE, so you definitely have privacy for each individual group. The rooms are quiet and spacious. The balconies are huge with plenty of seating. The kitchen was large and has everything you need. The backyard pool is bigger in person than in the pictures, our three year old loved it. Plus, you have the neighborhood pool across from the driveway! The beach is a very short and doable walk from the house, even with carrying all your stuff and carrying our three year old toddler! The beach itself is absolutely gorgeous, not crowded, and clean. We had two concerns for the owners while we were there, they responded IMMEDIATELY and took care of the concerns in real-time. We met them twice and they are very kind and helpful. Overall, the place is absolutely perfect for a family vacation. (Our ages were 3-52 years). Highly recommend this home for your Destin/Miramar trip! (Only one suggestion would be for room-darkening blinds in the bedrooms). Thank you to the hosts for sharing their gorgeous home with us!

This property was amazingly beautiful, clean,and inviting. I had great communication with the owners, they were extremely helpful and understanding. I woyld most definitely stay at this vacation home when going with a large family...the house set-up suited my 4 families perfectly. We are all thankful..

Easy check-in. Owners were clear on process and great with communication. Large, spacious kitchen with lots of dishes, pans, and appliances. Wasn’t missing anything for our large group and don’t think we could’ve found a better place. Short walk to the beach, that had very little crowd. Walking distance to coffee shop and ice cream. Overall, loved and would stay in again.

The house was amazing, and our family of 10 had plenty of room. Our location was just a block from the beach with easy access and close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. If we weren't at the beach, the private pool was a popular spot for both kids and adults. The neighborhood was quiet, and all enjoyed the community pool across the street. We've been coming to Destin for the past 31 years, and this home has been one of our favorites. Chuck and Cali were a pleasure to deal with and we plan to return.

This is a beautiful property and had all the items we could possibly need to be comfortable. Any concerns or questions were addressed immediately and taken care of promptly by Cali and Chuck! We had a wonderful time and if we return to Miramar Beach next year, we will for sure check to see if our time would be available to stay again!

Sandy Sheets was the perfect house for our family vacation. It's a beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 13. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and is so large that we never bumped into each other. It's conveniently located next to a living room with enough room for all of us to hang out. There are plenty of beds & rooms for everyone. And the views from the 4th floor balcony are amazing. It's minutes from a private beach and comes with 2 chairs & an umbrella that were always front & center on the beach. Just 1 block off the main road, it's very convenient to walk to coffee, restaurants and beach shops, making it the perfect location.Chuck & Cali are great hosts! They communicate very well and let us know as soon as the house was ready. I highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again.Thanks Chuck & Cali for making our family vacation such a memorable one!!

Our stay was amazing. We loved the house and it was plenty of room for our group of 14. It was great for multiple families and Nannies. The owners were super responsive even when we had a small issue they were there within 20 minutes. The pool was a plus and bigger than we thought it would be from the photos. We loved there was an alarm on the back door to watch out for the kids going to the pool. 4 suvs and 2 golf carts fit in the driveway but the garages are not available for use. The beach is only one block away and convenient to walk to everyday. You do not need a golf cart for the beach, only if you want it for restaurants. We definitely plan to come back next year!

This is a great house with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Then all 13 of us could come together in the large living room/kitchen/dining area to share meals, play games, and spend time together! Very close to the beautiful beach!! Chuck and Cali were great hosts. Any questions we had about the rental or area were responded to immediately. Amanda R

We chose Sandy Sheets because of the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the private pool and proximity to the private beach. It could not have been better! A bonus is that the community pool is directly across the street from the location of the home. There were 17 of us ranging in age from 1 year up to age 70. Be aware there are a lot of stairs if that is a concern. It wasn't an issue for our group. We highly recommend!!! Thank you, Chuck and Cali!!!

The house was perfect fir our group! The beach is a short walk and the kids enjoyed the pool at the house and the private pool across the street. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family, ranging in age from 2 to 62, stayed at Sandy Sheets in Miramar beach and had a great time. With such a wide range of accommodation needs, the setup worked well. Location was so close to the beach that we never considered renting a golf cart even with our daily haul to the sand. There are stairs-a-plenty so plan to get your steps in but we were well aware of this going in. Communications to our host during our stay were quickly responded to with no issues whatsoever. Beautiful decor and high-end furnishings with more TVs than you could ever watch. A very large kitchen with an ice machine and plenty of grocery space served us well. The back patio and dip pool was the perfect spot to gather our group. We highly recommend Sandy Sheets for your Miramar Beach adventure.
