I can not say enough positive things about this place and host!! My whole family came down to Destin for a family friend’s wedding and we had the best time in this location. The house was beautiful. Plenty of comfortable beds and seating for everyone. Balconies in every room. Just perfect! The host Jon was so wonderful and accommodating! He was extremely prompt in responding to any questions and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know and we definitely plan to be back in the future! Thanks for the memories!

Host was superior. Called to check to see if we needed any accommodations prior to our visit and called twice during our visit to make sure everything was as it should be and to be sure we were well taken care of. By far the cleanest home we have ever rented and by far the most hospitable host we have ever booked with. Short walk to the beach and beach chair rentals were a nice addition to the unit. Would highly recommend and plan to book this property in the future. 5 star review just isn’t high enough for this property and host

Our group of 12 comfortably spent a week in this wonderful rental. We make this trip annually and this was, by far, everyone’s favorite place we’ve stayed. We found it clean, well organized and thoughtfully arranged. The location is fantastic with easy beach access. The owner was readily available to answer any questions and offered great suggestions to make our trip even better. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Jon’s property was great for our family-8 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the bunk beds with tvs . The beach chairs and reserved umbrella were a big plus. Jon even provided a pack n play for the 2 year old. Pool was nice and not crowded for the most part. Beach access was great and not crowded at all.

It was amazing and the home owner was wonderful too! We hope to visit this house again next year!

Amazing week spent with family. This home was a perfect fit for our family of 12. Beautifully decorated. Fully loaded kitchen. Beach is a very short walk and once you get there your complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs will be waiting for you. The owner also provided additional beach chairs and umbrella you can take to the beach. We visited the large pool every day after the beach. It is only steps from the unit. Don’t want to forget to mention that after a perfect day on the beach, going out forSome yummy seafood, what a treat it was to fall into the most comfortable beds! Five stars across the board! The house was perfect for multi families with ages 1-50! The owner went above and beyond to answer any questions, point us in the right direction for local attractions, and was in constant communication! The house was within walking distance of the beach, and the beach set up was perfect! Highly recommend giving this house a try!

Overall, we loved the property - very clean and lovely - and super close to the private entrance to the beach. And communication with Jon, the owner, was superb! No issues or complaints!

This property is a very short walk to the beach, and located in a very nice area. Adjacent to the private beach is public beach access which also has new bathrooms and a convenient ramp. Tents are not allowed on the private beach, but can be set up on the public portion. The pool is a couple houses down from this property and is very nice. The house itself is very clean, plenty big, and well stocked for a week stay. Jon was very responsive, checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory, and answered every question. Highly recommended!

Great location and the house was exactly what we needed for an amazing summer vacation!

We visited Miramar Beach with two families and the house was perfect! There was plenty of room for all, the teen girls loved the third floor bedroom/loft. The kitchen was well stocked, appliances worked great, cold a/c, even on the third floor! Jon, the owner, was kind and super responsive to our questions and needs. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house when we checked in. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend!

Perfect! House is lovely...perfect for the whole family. Beach access was great and having chairs and umbrella was a plus. Great experience overall!

This property will be one I think about and go to often. The location is across the street from the beach, but after walking across it really wasn’t far. And once you hit sand you are very close to the water. One great thing was not having to wait for elevators like high rise complexes. The home was very clean, well furnished, stocked and the owner was very easy to deal with. The beds were comfy, nicely spread out and the rooms spacious. The home was very well stocked with new appliances like a washer/dryer. Overall we were extremely happy. It was clean, in a less populated area and the host made all the difference.

We decided to go on a family vacation with family members ages 3 to 98! We need a place that could accommodate all age ranges and be close to the beach. The house was fantastic, Jon was more than thoughtful and accommodating. I really enjoyed our stay. I would highly suggest this house for anyone visiting the Destin area.
