Desirable, Peaceful Lakeshore Location in Park Point Just Steps From Canal Park

What a beautiful view and a beautiful home. We loved every minute.

The best part was the cozy upstairs over looking the icy lake. We will definitely be back.

To host reached out to us prior about snowfall that had occurred so if we had any issues. Also was quick to respond with questions. It's a great place to stay with a beautiful view of Lake Superior and walking distance to everything in Canal Park and along the Bayfront.

The property is wonderful! Three bedrooms, a sitting room with a fireplace, wet bar, second story deck including chairs and a table offer the perfect view of the lake and Canal. The lower deck, kitchen, dining room and parlor are downstairs. The accomodations are great. Very easy walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner and shops just over the bridge to canal park. We took the train ride to Two Harbors. Next time is a boat cruise!

Walkable to shopping, restaurants, beach, and canal. Views of canal and ships coming in from balcony. Comfortable beds. Full amenities provided. Had a wonderful time!

Right on the beach. Fun to watch boats. Except one time in the middle of the night the bridge noise was not bothersome. Upstairs living was great. We also enjoyed the downstairs space too. A/C upstairs hardly worked and there was no vent at all in Master. Kitchen was definitely usable, but a little worn. Owner was very accommodating and checked to make sure all was well. Master bed was very comfortable, double bed room less so.

This is the third time my family has spent a long weekend at this house on Park Point. Very comfortable, great location, especially love the second floor great room and deck!

Amazing Property

Super walkable to Canal Park…saw the Smelt Parade! Loved the layout of the house. Loved being right on the beach…very sandy after recent windy days.

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean home. The natural lighting is wonderful and seeing the shops come into and leave the Harbor from the upstairs patio was a highlight for all!

Amazing views from the deck overlooking lake superior. We even swam in the lake. Close enough to eateries so we could walk to them. Generally, we brought food back to the house and ate on the upper deck since it was the best view around. The kitchen has all the amenities of home.

Our short stay was too short. We all agreed we would have stayed longer if we could. The upstairs family room and balcony offered amazing views. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen provided all of the basic requirements. Because we lived in Duluth previously we knew there would be freighter and bridge horns, but that may be something worth explaining (if it isn’t already posted) in the posting for your home. We got lucky with 70° and 80° weather in September as well as seeing the Northern Lights. Truly a gift to see over the Ariel Lift Bridge.

An absolutely amazing spot to be. The view is incredible and so peaceful. You can walk along the sandy beach or just sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful waves of the lake. The house is set up just perfect to enjoy such an amazing view of Lake Superior and to watch the ships come in a out. The house is equipped with everything you may need. from kitchen utensils to bathroom necessities, etc., this owner really knows how to take care of their guest and ensure they are well taken care of. We plan on staying at this house every single time we come to duluth. What a great experience.

The house was a perfect setting for a family vacation. The views from both patios of the lake, ships and waves were amazing. A variety of comfortable seating areas made for easy conversations. It was great to open the gate and walk directly on to the beach.

This is a great property for your stay in Duluth. We were up for my daughter's wedding and it was just perfect for everything we had going on this weekend. Dinner with family, bridal preparation on the wedding day. And within walking distance of all things Canal Park for evening festivities. House was clean and nicely laid out. Plenty of room for people to be comfortable. And the location, which is approximately six/seven houses east of The Bridge, is just a blast. As mentioned, easy to get to Canal Park for food and entertainment.......and fun watching the ships go in and out of the port. The bridge will cause a delay or two when you are leaving from/coming to the house but you just need to prepare for it. We will definitely stay here again sometime in the future. I love this place. This was our 2nd visit. On the beach, close to everything, clean and well stocked. We will be back.

Wonderful upstairs deck with view of Lake Superior & Aerial bridge.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this awesome rental! It has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in Duluth. The location is great and the house is so comfortable and relaxing, you'll want to just hang out on the patios and watch the lake and the boats. A big bonus is having beach access directly out the back gate. We just happened to be there while the Aurora was happening, so got a beautiful light show over the lake, right from the upper deck! We absolutely love staying here and would highly recommend to anyone. Kay (the owner) is very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. I wish I owned such a wonderful place!

The house is nice and the location is great. The host was flexible and allowed us to check in early, which was awesome and worked out well with our plans. The bed was comfortable, and the views of Superior and the lift bridge from the upper deck was beautiful. Unfortunately there are a lot of cobwebs and spiders, which made me a little uneasy, because I HATE spiders. But if spiders don't bother you, this may be the perfect rental for you!

Terrific location with great water front view of the lake. Walking distance to town and local attractions. Would certainly try to stay here again when we visit Duluth!! Thanks so much to the owner for quick response to questions and for looking out for us.
