This property was nice and clean with lovely bathrooms and a soaking tub. We loved being able to walk to brunch and dinner in downtown Gilbert!! Highly recommend this property for your next girls weekend!!

Fabulous stay. My family truly enjoyed our stay at the Sage House. The host was extremely responsive. The house was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. We spent the nice days outside by the pool, it was peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed being so close to downtown Gilbert. We could walk to every where we needed. I would definitely return to stay.

Host was very helpful and the place is very nice. Location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property and host.

Great property in awesome location!

Our stay wasn't the best. It felt more like a place to rest instead of a vacation. First night we got there, there was issue with the internet. The plumbing for the bathroom were backing up. The shower was not draining fast enough which caused you to shower in ankle deep water. We were left to using one bathroom instead of having two available. The pool was dirty and had an algae bloom. Informed the host and they had sent a pool guy out the first day. After that day, they didn't send anyone out to follow up or check. They sent another person on the day we left. They tried sending a plumber 3 days into our stay, we didn't want our trip to be interrupted anymore so we declined it. There were also cockroaches as well. Kitchen counter was filthy. Had to clean the counters when we first arrived. Some part felt sticky and some part felt oily.I would add pictures but the app isn't allowing it. Host did tell me everything was in working order before landing. Clearly it was not since we had to contact them multiple times to try to resolve some of the issues.Usually I dont write bad reviews, however I feel others should understand what they will be getting themselves into.

Very modern and cool vibe in this house. Unique for sure. Concrete floors, black accents all over and super cool ceilings. Walking to downtown Gilbert was great and a very short walk to all the restaurants and bars. Very comfy beds and overall space was great. The pool was well maintained with plenty of pool floats. Outdoor space was also great. We never cooked there so don’t know about how well stocked the kitchen was but it looked like it had everything you would need to eat in. The only issue we had was that the internet never worked - so no TV - and we reported it and tried to reset the modem - but it never worked. There was a water leak in one of the bedrooms (we think from the adjacent bathroom) but owner had someone out right away to assess the issue and was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

House was great overall. Didn't receive check-in info until we had to call VRBO a few hours before check-in but once we got the info it was fine. GREAT location to downtown Gilbert. Very modern. In the guest bathroom, the shower doesn't drain water well and the toilet needs to be secured to the ground better (wobbly). Light is out in one of the guess bathrooms. Otherwise it was a great house for our visit and the pool was really nice.
