Designer home-6 miles to the Las Vegas Strip!

This home met all our expectations! Exactly as listed!

Host was always available and very quick to respond. Code didn't work initially when we arrived but she answered immediately and got us in even at 10pm! Amazing communication! Properly is clean, modern, and very accommodating. It was very spacious. Master bedroom/bathroom was huge! Neighborhood was also great and we felt safe at all times and only a few minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from almost everywhere else. Thank you so much for being such a great host! Definitely a worthy rental if you're searching for one. WiFi was reliable!

The home was very clean and as pictures upon arrival. There was plenty of space and sleeping accommodations for our group of 11 people. The owner was also very nice, friendly and courteous to let us check in and out with times that better fit our flight schedules. However, there were somethings that I wish I would’ve known before making the reservation. Firstly and most importantly the beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. We could hear them from other rooms and the linens were rough feeling. Also, the bathrooms needed extra towels and towels that were not dingy in appearance. There was only one towel per guest. The bathrooms have fans in them and they are set to come on when the light does and they were very loud. The whole house could hear them. In addition to that, there was no toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms so we had to put the roll on the back of the toilet or counter. Also, the kitchen didn’t have many cooking supplies such as baking sheets, bowls pots and pans ect. The house is also older, so it needed some updates, paint repairs and small things of that nature. Other than those things, the house was as pictured and got the job done for our large group.

Nice house and location! Only issue was the horrible beds! Twin room beds are nice but the queens beds are noisy and have huge indents in each mattress very uncomfortable and they need to be updated asap!

The house is just as you see it on Vrbo. Quiet neighborhood. Very spacious. The property manager was also outstanding. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
