We stayed here for the second year in a row because we like the layout and location, but unfortunately many issues we experienced last year were still present, and several new ones arose. When we arrived, there was no hot water in the kitchen, a device in the garage beeped daily, and the pool vacuum repeatedly malfunctioned or ran above the waterline because the water level was not high enough. A broken gutter meant that when it rained, water pummeled the pool deck, which was excessively dirty and got worse the more it rained. Cleaning was again below expectations: dirty dishes, dusty surfaces inside and outside, very dirty floors, and a grill that needed to be deep cleaned before use. The washer & dryer also needed cleaning before use, and supplies like garbage bags and toilet paper were enough for about 3 days of our multi-week stay. Several items needed attention (shower door off track, coffee maker needed descaling, slow ice makers, dull knives, worn towels, etc.). Basil did respond to messages, but not to our satisfaction and we spent a significant amount of our vacation managing issues and feeling stressed about how our concerns were treated. The home has potential, but consistent maintenance and better cleaning are needed to justify the price.

Had a great mini vacation at this home. Well stocked with the basics- tp, paper towels, laundry soap etc. Beds were comfortable, furnishings well thought out. We really enjoyed the pool and patio. The mural on the back wall really makes the back yard look inviting. Its very private back there too.My only not glowing comment is that I personally found the furniture in and outside uncomfortable to sit in. But my friends and I are older so might be fine for the young ones.I would still come back as I really liked everything else about this rental.

Our stay in Tempe two weeks ago was perfect. The property is beautiful and convenient. There is nothing that we needed that was missing. We were there for my husband's 80th birthday. Our son and daughter-in-law live in Tempe, but they have a two-story condo. One level is important to us. The owner has taken great care in providing all amenities for a comfortable stay. Our grand dogs were able to visit grandpa in the afternoons for his birthday. The house was in a very good location for what we were doing. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and we used it in the mornings and in the evenings. The set up was perfect for a family. The kitchen area has all the appliances, dishes, etc . We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely comeback.

Excellent family house with enough space for everyone, a nice pool, great amenities, and close to everything we needed.

Great property and stay however only giving a three star rating on cleanliness due to the floor being filthy making our feet black on the bottom and a panty Liner on the curtain

Communication with the property owner was easy and he was prompt in his responses. The living space was very large and accommodated us well. There was everything you would ever need in the kitchen to make a meal. Master suite is absolutely perfect with plenty of storage and room to move. The other two bedrooms are small but have adequate closet space but little drawer space.A few things could have used a little more elbow grease like the freezer and the outside patio. The rule book was helpful but the pool instructions were a bit confusing. The washer/dryer were easy to operate and there were plenty of towels for the pool and personal use. I would suggest a few pool items(floats, noodles)would be provided as this is a great pool for kids but deep. Plenty of seating on the outside patio and perfect for morning coffee.This house is in a beautiful neighborhood which is very quiet. Location to the 101 and 202 is easy.We would stay here again.

Everything was just as listed. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of extra supplies in the house. Would stay there again!

Really well appointed property located in an older remodeled home in Tempe. Easy access to freeways. Many ameniti3s.

We had a great stay at this home in Tempe. We stayed for 3 weeks and Basil was great to work with. Location was great for visiting our son at ASU and central to Scottsdale, Phoenix, the airport and other activities in the area.

Exceeded expectations. Beautiful, immaculate well kept property. Decor looks like its straight from a magazine layout. I live a few houses away and was having renovations so this was very convenient Highly recommend.

The house is in an excellent location with great restaurants and shopping areas within a couple miles. The area roads and highways are remarkable in its order and repair. The heated house pool was the main attraction and source of entertainment. The kitchen amenities provided a sense of home away from home. I would definitely come back to this location.

We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for the four of us. The pool was refreshing, the bedding comfortable, it is clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to return soon.
