Bedroom 3 includes a king bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A third full bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower serves the main living area. The living room features a plush sectional and large mounted smart TV for streaming. Slide open the glass door to the covered patio where you'll find an outdoor lounge area with its own smart TV, gas fireplace, and al fresco dining table. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, dual drip coffee maker, single-serve coffee maker, and all the cookware you need. The island seats several for casual meals, while the formal dining table accommodates 8. Washer and dryer are in-unit. Parking for 3 vehicles: 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. Parking for 3 vehicles total: 2 in the driveway and 1 in the single-car garage. The garage door must remain closed when not actively entering or exiting per HOA rules. This home is located within The Retreat at Desert Willow, a private gated community. Please observe posted speed limits throughout the complex.

You're located within The Retreat at Desert Willow, a gated community with direct access to the Desert Willow Golf Resort next door. The resort clubhouse, fitness center, game room, resort-style pool, 2-lane lap pool, hot tub, and firepits are all on-site for guest use. Downtown Palm Desert is a short 5-minute drive, where you'll find El Paseo shopping district, Whole Foods Market, and upscale restaurants like Pacifica Seafood and The Gardens on El Paseo. Palm Springs is about 15 minutes away for additional dining, shopping, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is roughly 10 minutes by car. Hiking and biking trails wind through the surrounding desert landscape, easily accessible from the community.



Getting Around:

Palm Desert is located off Highway 111 in the Coachella Valley. Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 15 miles north, about a 20-minute drive. Downtown Palm Desert and El Paseo are 5 minutes by car. Indian Wells and La Quinta are within 10 minutes. Joshua Tree National Park's south entrance is about 45 minutes east for desert hiking and rock formations.

• Trash pickup: Friday mornings. Place cans curbside Thursday evening or by 6am Friday and return to garage after pickup. Cans cannot remain outside per HOA rules

• Garage door must remain closed after parking per HOA
