The home was even better than we expected! We had so much room and the children only left the pool to eat and sleep. Gretchen was so helpful and did so much to help make the stay awesome!

Beautiful home. It felt like anything and everything we needed to make the stay relaxed and complete were furnished with this property. The home had a perfect layout. 2 master suites were amazing. I chose from the other 3 bedrooms, which were each unique and comfortable. The backyard pool and game area were fantastic as well. I would not have changed anything about this home. It was perfect for us.

We had a great stay here. Our host, Gretchen, was awesome and there was great communication. House is very well stocked. Two master suites was awesome. Location was great and it is a very quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. Being able to use the garage was a plus. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

Absolutely amazing home for our family vacation!! I’d give this place more stars if I could… plenty of room for a large group, easy to spread out if you need a quiet area and the pool area was the highlight of the house! We will be booking this home again for our next family vacation to Arizona!! Also, fantastic communication with the hosts! A

Our family of 9 (6 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant) traveled to AZ for a Celebration of Life for my in-laws who both recently passed away. We were looking for a home that was in a great location, had plenty of indoor space for all of us and had an outdoor space for our kiddos to enjoy. This house as well as its property manager (Gretchen) far exceeded our expectations. The 2 master ensuites and 3 additional bedrooms enabled each family member to have their own bedroom as a private space. The large family room and kitchen/dinette areas offered great spaces for our family to enjoy each other as well as discuss favorite memories of my in-laws. And our favorite feature was the amazing outdoor space.....WOW! We made arrangements with Gretchen to heat the pool during our February stay and our grandkids (and adult children) all LOVED the pool! Next to the pool was an astroturf area for our kids to play. The orange, grapefruit and lemon trees were loaded with fruit, which our 3-year-old grandson absolutely loved to pick and enjoy eating. Not only was this property perfect, Gretchen was an unbelievable host. Because my family all traveled from out of state, I messaged Gretchen numerous times. She always responded IMMEDIATELY and was extremely helpful, letting me know a portable crib, high chair, and stroller were available on site. Gretchen also helped with recommending a location to hold a lunch after our Celebration of Life. Her recommendation was PERFECT, and our stay was PERFECT!

Our family flew in from Sacramento and Boston for a long weekend for a wedding. Spent time doing some sightseeing and being with family for wedding activities. The house was perfect locale for all our adventures. Great space for 5 adults and 3 children under age 10. The house was spotless. Beds were great. Space was comfortable. The linens and towels were good and there was plenty! Convenience of washer dyer was so helpful. The yard and pool were wonderful. It is a very calm and relaxing spaceA truly wonderful experience here and wish all hosts were able to create such nice spaces. Thank you .

For the past 12 years my siblings and our families rent a vrbo to celebrate Thanksgiving. Our stay this year was by far the best. Gretchen was wonderful to work with, responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and organized and we had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens and towels and the bathrooms had soap, lotion and shampoo. The house and yard are well maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful back yard and lawn games. We would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked kitchen, cookware, dinnerware, and flatware. Bedrooms were spacious. Shopping nearby. Easy to contact hostess and have our questions answered. We were satisfied with our stay at this house.

This home is great. With two king bedrooms with ensuites on opposite sides of the house, it is great for multiple families. We had 2 kids and the parents on one side and the grandparents on the other side giving everyone space. Two additional king rooms were perfect, and our grandson loved the bunk room. All the king rooms had big TVs, too! The pool was a life saver in July! Tons of towels and pool loungers made our outside time so much fun. We used the portable play yard and the booster seat for our toddler. The large dining and living areas were able to handle us all together whether playing games or sharing meals. We had a small issue when we arrived and Gretchen replied almost immediately and was able to get the issue addressed. The location was great for us. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Will look for this home the next time we visit!
