Stayed Jan 16, 2026FABULOUS stay!! Host was very helpful everything was clean, pool heated and plenty of towels!!! This is close to everything in Gilbert, AZ.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025The house was beautiful and was in a very nice neighborhood. The parks were great for all the little ones. Communication is the one criticism I had. The messages sent before our stay were not answered in a timely fashion. (Had to message multiple times). All the messages sent during our stay went completely unanswered. The information book could use expanding...where things are stored, how the hundreds of light switches work/don't work, how the temperature can be controlled, etc.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024This property was spotless and well maintained. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The property was exactly as stated. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the cookware I needed to host a 23 person dinner. There was also enough room for everyone to find a comfortable spot to hand out. The neighborhood had a nice community pool and tons of quiet walking paths and parks. When looking at the location on a map, I was concerned it was up against a big street. But, there is very little traffic all day and even less at night. No one in my group heard traffic, even when enjoying the pool. The pool had a super fun rock/water fall for the family to jump off. My kids loved the indoor basketball game, foosball, board games, and pac-man. The home was stocked with plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels for my family. I would not hesitate to stay at this exact location again.

Stayed Jun 25, 2024Such a great place to stay! I had expectations since I’ve lived there before in the area, and it was exactly what was described, if not more. Owner was very accommodating to our needs since we drove from Texas. Communication on point, clean as could be, all the pots/pans/plates/cups/spices/ etc You could possibly need. The pool was a giant hit with the kids, the fountain was just really loud, so I felt like everyone was constantly trying to talk/yell over it. Great stay!
