Close to shopping, spring training, ASU, thriving downtown Gilbert, Scottsdale, and everything Phoenix has to offer. Pool, putting green, 3 car garage, large driveway for extra parking. The home has a split floor plan to help separate parents and kids or multiple families.

If you need a vehicle while in town check out my Turo which can be delivered to you at the airport (Skyharbor or Mesa/Phoenix Gateway) or will be at the home for you! Two vehicle options Tesla Model Y Performance and 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid Platinum Edition.
