Pet Policy:

-- Dogs under 20lbs each are allowed, with a maximum of two per stay.

-- Written approval and a $250 fee per pet are required.

-- Unauthorized pets may result in removal without refund and fines up to $1,500.

-- Service animals, providing essential support to their owners, are exempt from this policy. They must be with their owners at all times, and emotional support animals do not qualify.

-- Unfortunately, cats are not permitted due to severe guest allergies.



Check-in and Check-out:

-- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

-- Guests receive a unique security code for keyless entry upon arrival, ensuring convenient access for all members of the party.

-- Simple check-out instructions are provided upon arrival, and a rental contract is emailed for electronic signature before check-in.

-- A credit card and matching photo ID are required upon check-in for identity verification and to cover any incidentals, as we do not charge a security deposit.

-- Guests booking through third-party websites must submit a copy of their photo ID, email address, and credit card after booking. Minimum age for booking is 21, and pets require advance permission and applicable fees.

-- Pool heating is optional at $125 per night and recommended from October 15th to April 31st for comfortable swimming. Three days' advance notice is required.

-- Pool heating must be booked for the entire stay and cannot be turned on and off daily.

-- Police intervention for any complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.

-- Pets must be approved in advance, limited to two small dogs.

-- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and vaping is prohibited inside the house.

-- Events with non-house guests are not permitted.

-- Concierge services are provided by third-party vendors and are not affiliated with the property owner. Guests agree to release the property owner from any claims related to third-party activities.

    We stayed at Joshua Tree Manor for Thanksgiving week following our son’s wedding. The property is in an excellent location and has a fabulous view of Camelback mountain. The home is well appointed and was very comfortable for our family and dog. The yard was great for the dog, however the side yard was accessible to the dog, which wasn’t optimal. The coffee pot broke, and they replaced it promptly. The only reason that I didn’t give this 5 stars is because the kitchen faucet was broken the entire week and the property and landscaping could use some updating.

    The house was wonderful and very updated and modern. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were new and comfortable. The pool is just adequate. Not big or new but our 6 & 9 year olds enjoyed it. I had missed that there was no hot tub but since it was so hot out it was not a problem.

    Communication was excellent Loved the space - 4 spacious styled bedrooms 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of house makes for privacy View of mountain Lovely to wake up slide open the 4 doors and walk out to enjoy. Nice community to walk around. Felt safe Refreshments stocked in fridge. Coffee Nice touch AQ Excellent for families, 4 couples etc We had an intimate elopement ceremony in the garden -the ease of it and setting was 100%. Kitchen seemed smaller than the grandness of the rest of the home but the caterer said it worked out just fine Would 100% recommend (Arizona is a dusty state so floors can seem dirty. Slippers or indoor shoes helped )

    We came to AZ for a wedding. The property was conveniently located and in a very high-end neighborhood. We were out and about more than in the home, but the place is SO well equipped and beautifully decorated, that it would have been a wonderful place to hang out all day! The pool looks more glamorous in the pictures than in person. The rest of the house, matches the pics or beats expectations. The furnishings, are first class- similar to what we would put in our home- vs some rental properties that have “practical furnishings.” The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you can imagine, as well as lovely dishes and glassware. A pleasant surprise was the inclusion of pre-stocked items such as coffee, waters and soda. The hosts were SUPER responsive. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    The property manager was really what stood out most about this stay. Very communicative and responsive from before our stay until after we left. I’ve had multiple property managers for homes that we’ve owned and none of them were as good as Hotel Home Stays. The house itself was very nice overall and well stocked. From soaps to spices, it literally has everything we could hope for. My one complaint would be the toilets of all things. All but one were very old, low flow style and one required a plumber to be called out right before we arrived. The only other notes to consider with families would be that the blinds don’t block out much light in the room with 2 queen beds so the morning sun really gets bright in that room early waking up the kids. We would definitely come back again.

    Enjoyed our stay. Property management was very responsive to a few small maintenance issues encountered. Great property, great location and definitely would rent again!
