This rental was the perfect property for our family! We had little ones, along with individual room needs, and it worked out great! Loved the heated pool too! Private and quiet! Kitchen was stocked perfectly, location is very close to a great grocery store, the owners were great to work with. We will absolutely rent here again!

We needed a nice quiet place to stay while in town for our son’s wedding. Last year when we visited him there was a group of children playing dodgeball outside our hotel room at 11pm! We knew we needed a Vrbo for the wedding weekend and this property did not disappoint!! It was very quiet, clean, and the owners were so very easy to work with. We definitely recommend this Vrbo!

This house worked great for our mother/daughter getaway weekend! We had 5 of us staying and we each had our own bed. The house had a few snacks provided, laundry detergent and necessities we needed. The hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had and were able to accommodate an earlier check in for us. The house was clean-we had no major recommendations for future stays other than updating a few items! I’d recommend staying here as it is close to lots of area attractions and still has the sense of privacy…perfect for a weekend getaway!

Great stay. The only small thing I'd point out is the pool cleaner being in the pool for the whole stay. We were a party of two, so it wasn't a huge deal, but I imagine it'd be a little cumbersome to have it left in there the whole time with a lager party that wanted to swim. Overall, very please and thank you.

The house was clean and the host was very prompt in communicating with me. The house is nicely updated and the best part was that 3 out of 4 bedrooms had king size beds!! A rare find!

The place was nice, however the day we arrived they had issues with the pool's heater, so we only used the pool one time. A few other things that could be added (but are not necessary) would be a full length mirror and lamps in the bedrooms and living area. Overall, it was a good stay.

Close to everything! House was stocked with everything we needed. It’s great to keep laundry going while on vacation and detergents were there. Pool was great! Beds were comfortable!

Such a great place to stay! They house had a pac n play and a high chair available as well. The pool was clean and warm they have a nice storage box full of pool toys and life jackets as well. The house had many of the basics as well such as coffee and seasonings.The hosts communicated right away with any questions we had. Overall it was a great stay!

This house was excellent for our short stay in Phoenix. Everything was as expected and the beds were very comfortable. We used the kitchen and hd everything we needed. This location provided quick and easy access to the freeway and surrounding areas of Tempe, Mesa and Phoenix.

We had a wonderful time. The house is clean well stocked and our boys loved the air hockey, ping pong, and pool table. The pool was an excellent place to cool down. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was great.

Had a great experience, check in instructions were very easy, house was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed and more. Lots of room in the house. Only thing that was slightly disappointing was the amount of debris that was in the pool. Overall would recommend and would definitely stay here again

We stayed here and drove over one day to the Grand Canyon Railway in Williams, Arizona. We highly recommend. The house was perfect for a family. It had everything we needed and was in the perfect location.

We stayed for 8 days at Stefan and Devin's home and loved every minute. The home is clean, quiet, well-stocked, spacious, and the beds were VERY comfortable. We spent a LOT of time in and around the pool, and had a terrific time. We loved the palm trees surrounding the pool. Location of the home was excellent! The communication with our hosts was prompt and friendly. We are already planning a return visit!

The home was clean, neighborhood was quiet. Location to airport was great! Communication was good. Lots to do around the area. The home was lacking proper pans for cooking. I have a big family so cooking is one way I like to enjoy a vacation. I felt a bit uneasy due to the number of cameras around the property including inside the garage. I understand the need for security, the multiple cameras felt a little excessive. It impacted my overall sense of privacy.

We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and Easter. We really enjoyed the house, the pool, the games, the comfy beds and the huge couch! It was so nice to find snacks and coffee there since we didn't have time to hit the store our first night. Thanks for a great weekend and we'll be back for graduation!

The hosts did a great job. They communicated well, and when we needed a repair, they sent someone to the house within hours. They stocked the house with everything we needed, such as condiments, oils, spices, etc., which I really appreciated. They even had chips, which my children devoured. Also, the beds are super comfortable.However, I couldn't bring myself to give them five stars. I'm pretty burnt out on short-term rentals which make the properties look better than it is. They didn't say anything false, but the pictures make the house look bigger and more luxurious than it is. For the price we paid, I expected the home to be nicer. The wear and tear of being a short-term rental can be seen in the carpets, and it just had a four-star feel.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The pool was wonderful-- water was warm, lots of pool toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen was well stocked and supplied. The game room was great-- air hockey, billiards, foosball etc. We used it every evening. The beds were very comfortable. Without a doubt, this will be our first choice of a place to stay when we return to Tempe!

Such a great place! The house itself was fantastic with lots of things for the kids to keep them entertained. The pool was wonderful and loved that it was heated at no extra charge. Lots of lovely little touches like a basket of snacks and travel toiletries. But best part was the communication. Stefan and Devin were so responsive and so helpful in making sure our stay was wonderful. Will definitely book again next time we come to town!

The home was exactly as described in the listing. Additionally, far too often now homes come with the minimum (starter package) and it was refreshing for a home to have everything there for your stay. The location was convenient and quiet. The pool was perfect for our stay as was the large kitchen and family room. We did not use the provided games but for young children would be a nice feature. Would stay again. Thank you.

We visited Arizona for a gymnastics competition and this property was in close proximity to the event location. The home was great for our family as well as our family friends. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked, the BBQ provided a great cooking options and the pool was a nice treat. We would recommend this to anyone staying in the area and had no issues communicating with the homeowners about questions and or concerns -- albeit there were only small inquiries and nothing of consequence.

The house was exactly what we needed, it was very clean, comfortable with 4 large bedrooms, very well stocked with everything from towels to kitchen stuff.Great house to stay in.

Wow, is all i can say! Listen, this ptoperty is beyond explanation. Not only is it impeccably clean, it is so well stocked with all you needs and wants. It is so cute and very big. It is located by everything but it a very quiet area! The beds are all so nice tempurpedic and king size! You don't get places like this often! Highly recommend

We stayed here over Xmas week with our 3 kids - aged 14 to 20. The house was great overall. Wonderful pool setup and we enjoyed the game tables (pool, air hockey and foos ball). The location was great for getting to attractions and the hosts were wonderful. Would absolutely recommend and will likely book again!

First of all this week was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. Our two out of town daughters and one granddaughter showed up at the door as a complete surprise for my best friend - my wife. The home we stayed in for her birthday was just wonderful and she fell in love with the pool. Between her and the 3 girls they took over the house and the pool. We rented the house for my son’s move in for Asu. The house was very clean well stocked and tons of amenities.
