Stayed Feb 1, 2023Great floor plan plus a casita helped make this a great experience with our family. We had 2 infants that needed naps daily at different times and some of the bedrooms were far enough from the main living areas so it was quiet. Pool was very nice with a beautiful private backyard. Excellent Weber grill with a direct natural gas line so no chance of running out of propane. We would recommend it.

Stayed Dec 14, 2022Spacious open floor plan with great kitchen well equipped. All the bedrooms are good sized and the Casita is wonderful for guests. Pool/hot tub is great for families with plenty of pool toys. Stayed over 30 days and mid-stay clean was wonderful. Pool Maintenance and Landscape people were excellent. This home is great for families!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed a month long stay in this beautiful home in a quiet, safe and centrally located Palm Desert neighborhood. We have rented houses in the Valley for 20 years and have never had such genuinely helpful hosts - the owner and staff from Palm Desert Vacation Properties were friendly and professional. They also stock the house with all the basics you'll need to get started with your stay. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals at home. The three bedrooms and casita were comfortable - nice beds and plenty of towels and linens. The backyard is fully enclosed and great for pets and kids, with several conversation areas for the whole family. The pool and hot tub were such a nice addition! We will definitely rent again!

Stayed Dec 22, 2021Our family stayed at this beautiful property. We had our entire family, (our three adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren) staying with us. There was ample room. The guest house was perfect for our newlywed couple. The house is spacious, very open and very light. We loved the location. It was very convenient to entertainment options, shopping and hiking. We are regular guests in VRBO properties and can gladly give our best recommendation for this property.

Stayed Nov 18, 2021Location perfect! Close to both grocery stores and restaurants (Fresh Agave & Tommy Bahamas). House is spacious and lots of natural light. Everything very clean. Private and quiet.
