!Derby City Sanctuary- 4 bed 2 bath renovated home

Everything was great! Exactly what we looked for in our stay. Would definitely reserve again if we are in Louisville again!

Great host, good location, the house was well stocked and accommodating. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars was that the house really needs a good deep cleaning and some floor repairs are necessary. That being said I would be very likely to book again if I make it back to Louisville

House was extremely dirty and not freshly renovated as described.

Everything was so clean it was a nice neighborhood. The kids got to go out and play basketball with the other kids. It was a real friendly spot. Yes, I will do it again.

The house is in a modest neighborhood where you can tell people care about their homes and yards. We felt safe being there! The home is older with updated features throughout. We really enjoyed that all of us had our own rooms with comfortable beds. It is was nice to have a full size refrigerator and washer/dryer set. It’s close to many of the popular tourist attractions. We would stay there again!

The stay was very nice. We came to Louisville to visit Churchill Downs. The house is 5 minutes away. It was fun to see Louisville!

We were a little surprised by the size of the home and location. We didn't feel it was a real nice neighborhood. The accommodations were adequate.

We came to Louisville because it was in the center of Mammoth Cave and the Ark Encounter. We felt at home! The neighborhood is mixed, the people are nice, and the houses are so cute! The kitchen had all the essentials that we needed. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!

Quaint home and a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to freedom hall and the Louisville convention center.

Great property. Clean, plenty of amenities and spacious for our group!

We appreciated having essentials of four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as laundry for our group of eight. The location was close to the expo center where we spent most of our time. The property was clean. The house is compact with seating for meals limited, but the pictures accurately portrayed this. It should be noted that the bunkbed mattresses are quite hard if you have adults staying there. Overall, communication with the host was very good.

We where close to U of Louisville

This location is nice and clean. It is close to downtown and attractions. The neighborhood is the only downside if you judge by the looks. Be prepared when you pull into the neighborhood as it is in the beginnings of a comeback.

Really good spot to stay if working at expo center

We stayed at this place while we were in town for our daughter's basketball tournament. It worked great for our family of 5.

It is a great house for the price with a lot of beds and a nice living area! The host was super helpful with suggestions for places to visit and quick response time.

Property was in good shape and fairly priced, loved the location, it gave us flashbacks to our college days. Neighborhood is lively with kids playing basketball and neighbors out and about but quiet at the same time. Great experience if you're not too shy.
