Stayed May 1, 2025The house was clean and ready on time. Communication with the host was timely. The location of the house was very convenient to get to the racetrack for the Kentucky Derby. The only thing we suggested be replaced is the couch in the family room as it did not have much life left to it. It was broken and seemed unstable. The owners left us a very nice welcome gift upon arrival. Would stay here again for the convenience to the Derby.

Stayed May 17, 2021Great location. Close to airport, highway, and church hill downs. Nice backyard to relax in. No dishwasher but that was expected. Front door could use some new hinges to cut down on the creaking when going in and out.
