Delwyn House- PET FRIENDLY-15 Min to Ski Cooper w/ HOT TUB!

Overall the property is very inviting and nice for families. The hot tub and washer/drier are nice extras when traveling. Kitchen is well stocked and the house is clean. Also a plus that it is dog friendly! Communication with the property managers could definitely be improved. Overall poor experience there. The house also has a lot of spiders (we stayed two nights and had probably 6 visitors per day), which is likely related to the location of the property, but if you are spider-adverse, this might not be the right stay for you. Construction is also going on right now directly across the street. Overall experience 4/5

The only issue I had was the communication before check in. They sent an email with the door code and instructions but, I didn't recieve it until 3 days later. Luckily, after we called them a couple times, we had them resend it to my wife's Gmail account and it came through. Other than that, it was a great house and would definitely recommended this place.

It was a really nice and great spacious house. Close to town and not far from Ski Cooper. It had everything we needed and we stayed comfortable and cozy during a snowstorm.

Clean, great location. Perfect for family with kids, there’s a beautiful primary bedroom with bath and two smaller rooms for others.

We had a difficult time making our last payment as our credit card number had changed. The host was on vacation, and we went back and forth numerous times before I finally got it paid. This is a nice fairly roomy home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It advertised hot tub, fireplace, but neither worked properly. The bathtub had a serious clogged drain, and we couldn’t use the bathtub. The microwave and coffee pot breaker kept breaking. The door knobs were loose, and we didn’t think much about that til our 7 year old grand daughter accidentally got locked in the bathroom. The host offered to come snake the drain and look at the fireplace, but we didn’t want to spend our vacation waiting for repairs. The trash was kept outdoors right next to the entry and was overflowing. It seemed to be one issue after the next. I just think we paid for more than we received.

Clean comfortable home. Great location for what we needed. Problem with the heat, PM was responsive. Hot Tub needs better maintenance, musty, murky....

This property was just perfect for our holiday vacation. The house was beautiful, great size, and centralized location for to several ski resorts!

Nice location close to town. Clean and spacious enough for 2 the families we had stay. Great views and loved the hot tub at night. Can see so many stars from the back deck. Andrew was very easy to work with and accommodating!

The house was perfect for a family getaway to the mountains. The house had everything we needed. The hot-tub was amazing! It was clean, spacious, and has a stunning view.

Fantastic house, very well laid out and much more spacious than expected. The house is very clean and everything is quite new and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make & eat the food you bring. The hosts are very helpful & thoughtful with the things they leave around the house for you, for example there’s little laminated cards in a few places with the WiFi password.

My family came to Leadville for the race series. This property is just outside of town, but it was an easy walk/jog to the start. The property managers were responsive and the house was very clean/well-equipped. We have two young kids that loved the bunk beds! We would stay again for sure, many thanks!
