Deluxe Laguna Hills Home w/ Outdoor Oasis!

The house was okay. The kitchen and common area were spacious. The hot water heater meter located inside the house made a nonstop banging noise that could not be stopped. The owner was contacted about the problem, but she dismissed it. The one bedroom was very noisy when the house heater next to the wall came on so we had to turn off the heater at night in order to sleep. There were two small beds on the floor in one bedroom with very thin mattresses suitable only for small children. We were 3 adults needing three bedrooms so that was a problem. The pool and the spa are not heated so not usable.

Wonderful home. Perfect for a 11 day rehab for my daughter after knee surgery. My husband loved the clean pool and the yard layout was so nice. Very clean.

We had a great stay here. Everything worked well and communication was great. We really enjoyed the location and the amenities. The twin bed(s) were definitely for kids - two thin mattresses that we stacked to make one bed that worked ok for an adult. That was the only part that differed from the photos. Thank you!

We stayed here for a week and loved almost everything about it. So roomy and very homey. Everything you need is there. All places we went were within a short distance. Only thing that was disappointing (which was totally my fault) was the spa. The spa is not really a spa. It is just a small area of the same cold water as the pool. The description did indicate there were no heat nor jets. We were there during hot weather and the pool was freezing. The heat outside doesn’t warm up the water at all. Maybe a sun cover would help when not in use. That being said, don’t let that sway you away. This place will not disappoint. The owner was extremely quick to any text as well. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

We were visiting our son a Marine at Camp Pendleton on northern side. Location was perfect and easy to get into the Cristiano Gate entrance. Approx 20 mins. Close to San Clemente and not too far from Newport or Huntington Beach. There were great options for food and grocery shopping. The layout of the house was very open and flowed well. All of the amenities to make any meal were available. Lots of different spices and seasoning already at the house which was great since we were only there for a couple of days. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the listing and thought the spa had jets and heat and didn't. Weather wasn't warm enough to swim in the pool temps hoovering around 65 degrees. Great house but only a couple things I think could be improved. The grill could be replaced. Nice set up just a little aged. However it worked fine for us the 2 days we used it. Having a TV in each bedroom would have been good. Listing was accurate, I overlooked not having TVs in each room. Great house and would use again if we visit the north side of Camp Pendleton again.

House was great. Light and airy, fabulous back yard with great comfy sitting area; lots of closet and storage space; modern kitchen stocked with spices. Safe quiet neighborhood. Host and owner very responsive. I would have preferred a firmer mattress but we would definitely come here again

Four of us stayed at the house on a nice spring weekend. The pool was refreshing on a warm day. I enjoyed a grapefruit off the backyard tree. I'd definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here during a music festival. While it was a longer drive from the venue than I would have preferred, it the creature comforts more than made up for it. Great pool area (didn't use it but it was nice), terrifc kitchen, comfortable living spaces and beds. Super clean and simple check in process (any issues we had in check in is due to Vrbo which was keen to advertise other properties versus providing timely updates and key information for our stay..) The Host was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We were totally shocked when we realised we had missed the small print and the owner has multiple security cameras (with one trained on the private back yard, pool, BBQ area. We felt the intrusion so put a cap over the camera but were contacted by the owner to remove it, which made our skin crawl that we were being watched. Needless to say our teens would not go in the pool for the second part of the holiday, not did we eat outside. Such a shame and totally needless intrusion.

Wonderful setting for family! Wedding Cake was a hit. Pool was the cherry on top. Very happy.
