Stayed Nov 6, 2025We stayed at Delila’s from 11/6 to 11/12. The photos and description were extremely misleading: the house was nothing like advertised. The unit was not clean on arrival — all the floor boards were extremely dirty, we found dirty towels (with hair still on them), the floor was not cleaned as my 18 month old daughter’s feet were black after waking around and not to mention most of the tiles on the floor were broken. The pots and pans were so dirty and marked up we couldn’t even use them to cook for our 18 month old, let alone there were only 3 forks in the whole house. The bedding had burn marks, peeling paint and dirt marks on all the walls. The house needs a good coat of paint and a ton of TLC! The host was responsive when contacted and did bring us brand new towels (although the cheapest thinnest ones from target) and did have the cleaning people come back (although the house was the same when we returned). I do not recommend this property — it didn’t meet basic cleanliness or accuracy standards. The pictures make it look beautiful, which it probably was when it was first redone 5-6 years ago. We couldn’t wait to check out from this property!!

Stayed Jul 22, 2025The property looks great in the picture, though, it has many flaws. There is an odor in the house when you walk in. The home was not thoroughly cleaned. There were dead earthworms everywhere. The walls and the area rug were dirty. Apparently, there was a party there previously and there was confetti and broken balloons in the yard. Which my dog got ahold of. There is a broken tile in the backyard in which one of the dogs cut their foot on. The yard is not completely fenced in. There were tiles blocking the corner of the yard where there the fence was not connected together. All of the beds in the house were horribly squeaky. The bunk beds were shaky did not seem secure. I messaged the host and they offered to send a maintenance person over to look at the beds, though, it was not convenient for us with the dogs there. My daughter actually left and stayed at a friend's house because of the beds. The floors were damaged and peeling up. Also, there are NO WORKING SMOKE DETECTORS in the house. All but one was removed from the ceiling and the one that was in the bunk bed room was not working. This is a tremendous safety hazard. There is also a banging noise at night that woke us several times. Obviously, there was something loose outside. The patio ceiling is falling apart. The arm on the patio chair is broken. This house has the potential to be a great rental house, though, it needs some cleaning, maintenance and general TLC.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Enjoyed my stay. Great communication with the owner. Nice, quiet neighborhood and one mile away from Deerfield Beach. Would stay again!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024This is not a five star home. This home was run down. The furniture was filthy,walls were dirty, the floor tile was all cracked and chipped in certain spots it felt as if you were going to fall through. The outdoor patio was not cleaned when we arrived. The sectional couch was not connected to each other the couch was full of dog hair when we arrived including one of the beds. The cushions at the kitchen island were disgusting they were filthy you couldn’t flip them they were worse on the other side. I would never bring my family back to this location. I messaged the management company when I arrived they wanted to send a cleaning crew whenever it would be available I didn’t want a cleaning crew there when I had my family was there and we should be enjoying our stay not losing a day waiting for cleaners. They weren’t going to be able repaint the walls repair the hole in the wall in the bedroom or change the floor tiles. We have stayed in other Vrbo vacation places and have never experienced such a filthy place.
