Delightful Oceanside Home Steps to Tranquil Beach: Soak up the Sun and Seabreeze

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Our host was very speedy in responses…just a couple of questions on our end, no issues. The property has been well-maintained, was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the deck furniture gave us a comfortable place to hang out outside as well. Super easy beach access. We’ve stayed in a lot of homes on the Outer Banks down through the years, but this was definitely one of our favorites! We’ll be back!!!

Nice house very close to the beach south of nags head. We loved taking our coffee to the beach each morning. The house was clean, well taken care of and had most of what we needed. Don’t forget to bring your own towels! Shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away by car. Propert manager was very responsive and provided a lot of information about things to do, places to eat, etc.

House was very clean and nicely decorated. Pre check in instructions were very thorough and helpful. The house had everything that we needed for our long weekend. Beach was super easy walk from the house. Would stay here again and would recommend!

Great place to stay for families. We even had a 2yo. Location can’t be beat, the house is warm and inviting. Has a cute bay window the kids loved. The deck made for amazing dinners outside and was great for stargazing at night. All the beach decorations were beautiful. They have tons of beach chairs, some beach toys and outdoor wash. Leslie and Greg were incredible hosts. Very responsive, caring and informative. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay here! Short walk to the beach and lifeguard there is a lifeguard posted right there at the access. The home was equipped with everything we needed and kitchen was well stocked.

We had the absolute best time at the beach. The house was perfectly located and made it so easy to get to the beach. The house had everything we could possibly want, even a large living space that the kids had the best time spreading out on the floor to play. Prior to our arrival, Leslie was in communication with us and made the whole process so easy to check in and prepare us for our stay. You can’t go wrong staying here! We can’t wait to come back. This property was a great spot to spend the week. The lifeguarded beach was awesome with the kids, yet the crowds were just right. The house was well stocked and communication between the owners was great. Their pre-trip info and check-in was detailed and helped us to better be prepared for our trip. We enjoyed evenings on the deck once the sun went down and the quick walk to and from the beach. A beach walk after a rain day led to one of the most epic rainbows!

Location & property were fantastic. I would have appreciated a more clear outline of what was not included before booking. They provided linens.....but no towels, no laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent! I was very disapointing to only realize this after i had i booked. READ THE VERY FINE PRINT

Booked this last minute for a much needed little break, and we could not have been happier. The booking process was very simple. The email Leslie sent with neighborhood and restaurant info was great. Check in process went smooth. The house was so spacious and comfortable...wish I had that mattress at home. The nautical decor was so nice. Less than a minute walk to the beach access at the end of the block. Adorable welcome treat. We were absolutely in love with the house and its location. The description listed is spot on. We will definitely look into getting this house again if we can pull the family together for another trip to NC. Sitting on the deck at night, listening to the waves was one of my favorite things. It was all around a great experience.

This house was very clean not only in appearance but had a nice clean smell. We really enjoyed ourselves . Location was perfect.

Comfortable cottage with perfect location only steps to the beach!

Very convenient access to beach, life guards on this section, kitchen well stocked, lot's of games for kids & family. Furniture in living area comfortable. King bed very comfortable, bunk beds are for children (I am 5'8 & could not sleep in them) and the bunk beds are in a separate part of the house next to the kitchen. Child would wake up if we needed something in the kitchen. Hose & shower outside were big helps controlling the amount of sand in the house. Huge washer & dryer, several beach chairs & boogie boards all under the house. If you need groceries plan on a good 20-30 minute ride due to traffic/flood area. Be sure to get reservations for dinner, if restaurant accepts them. Most do not and many do not have online ordering. We loved the area & the house. It was very comfortable for 4 adults & 1 child.

I would highly recommend this cozy home. Located on a quiet street, yet close to restaurants, grocery store and plenty of shopping. Living space is all on one level that is very clean with comfortable beds. Leslie was quick to respond when we contacted her while there. A perfect choice for your vacation home. We already booked for next year !! ❤️

Great location, comfortable layout, beautiful sunrises!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the extra toiletries and kitchen supplies. We had a little extra of everything which was much appreciated.I would recommend staying here. It was also close to Manteo and and some other nice locations with good food and coffee options.

Great neighborhood, easy/short walk to beach. Loved the location and the quietness. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place. Would definitely book again. ?

Great location with just a couple houses to the beach. Lifeguard was on duty from10 to 5. Semi-private beach with just a few other families there. ? The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The living room was stocked with books, DVDs, and children’s games. They also had everything you need for a fun day at the beach- Chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys. I appreciated having sheets provided, that was one less thing to worry about! The bike path is just a few feet from the front door. We brought our bikes but found it was way too humid, even in the morning to use them. (Living in the northeast we are not used to that kind of humidity.) Overall a perfect vacation for our family. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Stayed for our annual golf and Fishing trip which we have been doing for over 20 years. Finally found the perfect place to house 6 and only 5 minutes to OI fishing center. Very clean neat and love the deck.

The property was prefect. Fully equipped, cozy, spacious and clean. The best part was walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended!
