Delightful home with large deck, full kitchen, Pack-N-Play, & washer/dryer

Kitchen was definitely fully equipped, more so than was described in the listing. However, one bedroom (the second floor king room) was much too warm so the guests in that room did not get a good night's sleep on any of the 3 days we were there. The cleanliness and decor was superb! The house was roomy and comfortable. Since we were there for a family wedding we chose this home because it had 4 bedrooms AND 4 bathrooms, a plus for all the women getting ready for the wedding.

The house was in a great location and furnishings were great. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The house had some maintenance issues that need addressed. There were multiple roof leaks when it rained and someone was aware of this prior to our check in because a bowl had been placed under one in the kitchen. We reported it and someone came to check on it but we did not hear back after that visit. The screen porch door also needs the screen repaired

We have been going to Seabrook for 9 years. Our family has grown, so we looked for a larger home. The one we chose was fantastic! Room(ey), wonderful amenities, great location, construction was very good … we are pleased and plan tp rent this house next year! Thank you…The Jollie family.

We loved our stay! This home was so beautiful and located near many attractions. The kitchen was stocked with so many options for cooking in and everything was labeled for ease of use. The beach was beautiful and clean and not crowded when we visited. Communication was clear and Proactive. Wonderful home!

This property was just as the pictures show. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and everything you might need for preparing meals. The house has been taken care of by the owners as well as those doing the cleaning in between rentals. We were so relaxed and happy staying here.

This house is a gem! It was close to the Seabrook Island club and close to every thing we needed. We could walk to the beach! The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all spacious. The outdoor space was also spectacular. Thank you for sharing your home with our family and friends. Teresa

The house was very clean when we arrived, comfortable, and spacious enough for us 7 adults. The den upstairs was an added bonus for those who periodically had to work, to close themselves away for privacy. The kitchen is well provisioned, and large enough for more than one person at a time to prep and cook. The beach boardwalk is across the street. We appreciated access to the Lake House to work out, and rounds of golf were enjoyed on the course. The pool was a bit of a madhouse, but we vacationed the week before schools started. We determined that families with kids were getting in their last summer trip. Seabrook is a well maintained and quiet community.

The house was clean and right across the street from the beach. We had lots of children and they were able to ride around the neighborhood on our bikes. It is a great house.
