We LOVED this property and will gladly return. We enjoyed sitting out on front porch drinking our morning coffee watching hummingbirds feed all around us and seeing the horses from the horse farm next door. Beds wdrr very comfortable. The games available were a nice touch also.

We had an amazing stay. The house was clean and very spacious. Close to the beach and lots places to explore nearby. We loved watching the horses at different times throughout the day. We look forward to staying again.

Loved the farm life environment for the kids and the dog. Great place for casual family time and a half hour drive to Lake George. We will definitely book again next year.

I loved the location, secluded and quite. The house accommodated the 10 of us and it was a very comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. I would definitely book this property again!

Pros- nice home, beautiful property, nice bedrooms, hosts 10, good games available to play, kitchen well-stocked. Cons- the kitchen was infested with mice, and also a squirrel. Mouse droppings were all over the kitchen. I caught 4 mice in just a few days with traps. Electronic mouse deterrents were in place, but were ineffective.

My sister and I loved the house. It was very clean, with lots of room and very quiet. We woke up every morning and watched the horses. I will definitely be booking this house again in the future for my husband and my self. Thank you for a great vacation.

We are a fairly large and busy family of 6. We also had our friend and his 2 kids along. We loved that the house was close enough to lakes and hiking. Far enough to feel just the quiet calm of nature, but not enough that we couldn't make quick trips to the store if need be. We loved that the kids could play outside with no worries at all. The house itself is a quaint old farmhouse. We appreciated all of its charm. I personally loved having my coffee and wine on the porch watching the sun rise and fall each day. All in all i would say if you want some time to quiet your mind in this is the perfect place to go.
