Great place and location. However, the place was not clean. We would not stay here again.

This is our fourth stay at this beautiful home in the great Menlo Park development. As always, well-appointed, close the Mercado, the Mercado Annex with their shops and restaurants, and easy to get to downtown by tram or car--or a healthy walk if the weather is right.

We love the Menlo Park area and findingthis house was a bonus!

Menlo Magic was a wonderful place to stay. Great architecture and the attention to detail will make this house stand out compared to others. I have two recommendations. A ceiling fan downstairs and dimmers on more lights. Especially in the bathrooms. One more to add, the shower head in the on-suite. It just doesnt do the shower justice. Well layed out, but the shower head could use an update.

The obly reason I didnt give a 5 stars is because the AC didnt seem to be working properly on the first level of the house. It kept getting warmer in the home as the day progressed and the AC would not cool the home to the set temperature. I was getting ready for my wedding that morning so it was extra uncomfortable to not be able to have the house cool down as desired. The internal temp never went below 78 (and rose to 80s), even though we had it set at 75.

Beautiful home! Very clean and spacious. I wish the master bedroom's window had a curtain since a lot of sunlight came in from very early in the morning. Additionally, the AC unit on the first level didn't seem to be working well. We kept trying to bring the temp down, and the temperature inside kept rising as the day warmed up. No matter what temp we set the AC at, it was no use.

The listing does not do justice to the spaciousness and beauty of the unit. The unit is filled with gorgeous and unique furniture. The decorations are museum worthy.The bed in the primary bedroom is extremely comfortable, and the room has an enormous walk-in closet and bathroom. Not to mention a lovely balcony.The front of the unit is enclosed with gorgeous antique doors that inspire passers-by to stop and take pictures.The only downsides are the concrete floors downstairs, a very long staircase to the second floor, shower heads that will be impossible to reach for the vertically challenged, and the lack of a shower wand.The location is super convenient to everything, and having the Mercato within steps of the unit, means that there is plenty to eat and see nearby.We will seek this unit out the next time we visit Tucson. Great place!

Modern yet comfortable, dog friendly unit in an eclectic barrio.I would stay here again

The unit is smartly decored with high-end appliances and is located within easy walking distance to the Mercado and the tram.Our only compliant is that we asked for service to repair a couple items (refrigerator water filter needed replacing and toilet dispenser broken) and the text response (probably AI generated) said they would notify the local maintenance person but no one ever showed. We did get a sorry for the inconvenience text, however. :(

Me and my husband were in town for our wedding reception and wanted to have a space that was big enough to hold all our extra items while also having a nice vibe and this house was perfect! It was just the two of us, but the house would not have felt cramped even with a bigger group. All the finishing touches are really nice and the couch in the living room is also super comfortable. The beds and bedding are good quality and the shower is really nice. Also having the garage attached made for really easy transport of items to the venue and allowed us to pack them early or leave them overnight and not have to worry. The location is honestly what makes it, though. The Annex is literally next door and there is coffee, food, a bar, and cool stores. It’s also a local place and not a chain so it’s all locally owned shops and restaurants, nothing you’d see anywhere else.

We loved the architectural design of this exceptional two bedroom plus loft unit in menlo park. High and comfrt throughout. Lovely finishes and distinctive art add flourish to the thoughtful function of this multi-level space. Garage has washer-dryer. Patio opens to lovely walkway . Lime trees and fig and flowers dot the landscape fronting the townhomes . Quieter than we expected and love that! Close to mercado- restaurants, coffee shops, , bakery and unique clothinf/gift shops. Trolley stop is one block from the unit.

Loved the proximity to shops and food and the neighborhood is very quaint albeit in progress of being built… wonderful place to relax with friends after seeing a concert at the Tucson arena… we will definitely stay here again when going to a concert in tucson

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. The home was walking distance to the mercado that we like to visit when in Tucson. Also, the surrounding neighborhood was gorgeous.

The property is very nice and in a cool area. However, we had some issues at checkin which they sent someone out the next afternoon to rectify. Our other issue is the bedding. The listing shows 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed. There were not any sheets at this property to put on the sofa bed. We were traveling with 4 people. 1 couple and 2 individuals that needed their own beds. I reached out to Vacasa and their response was that yes they were aware there were not extra sheets on site. Basically, oh well. I text back to ask why when the pull out couch was featured in the listing and they never responded to that text. We had to purchase a set of sheets ourselves.

Excellent location, comfortable and well equipped.

We loved this place. It's close to downtown, on the SunLink route and right next to my favorite coffee shop in Tucson, (Decibel Coffee Works) and other cute shops.
