Host was wonderful - helpful and communicative about the house and the neighborhood.
We were in town for 1 night to attend a concert in town. The accommodations were nice and as described.
It was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space to relax while on our vacation. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
The house was even better than described. Everything was wonderful. The owner even took the time to get an extra tv for the bedroom. Even received a courtesy call during my stay to see if we needed anything. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended
This property was well kept and quaint, very accessible from the main roads. It was relatively close to the location of the basketball facility we were attending a tournament, about 15 minutes. The neighbors are close by so it is imperative you keep the noise levels down; the area altogether is peaceful. Joe was incredibly responsive and communicative. I would recommend this property.
Quiet neighborhood with a great location for a short drive to Cowboys game, Ft Worth Stockyards, and Dallas. Owner was great with communication- house was clean with plenty of space pfor the 4 adults in our group.
We were celebrating my best friends birthday with a weekend away. The location was perfect! Everything felt so cozy and we would definitely stay here again. Joe was so kind and helpful!
When finding this property, we were excited for what it had to offer. The area was nice and we felt safe. It had good access to everything we needed. There was a nice upgraded bathroom and the shower was wonderful. Having a kitchen was super helpful and the washer and dryer were a great help as well. The off street parking was nice and gave us added security. However there were some problems during our stay. We let the owner know of a few items that need to be fixed. A little more attention to cleaning is our suggestion also (i.e. dusting corners, shelves, bedframes, and windowsills as well as getting crumbs off of furniture from previous guests). We do reccomend using caution in the driveway. It is quite uneven with some stones that rock when you step on them so after dark be sure you have a light on outside or a flashlight. While this property was approved for children, I definitely recommend at least 8 and up. The shower did not have a hand sprayer which made bathing difficult, there was a glass coffee table which was a bit of a concern, and the accordian doors are definitely not young child safe. We also struggled to get decent sleep. While some may have liked the beds, we found them extremely uncomfortable. The street was busier then we expected and the road noise was louder than we anticipated also. The biggest issue is some neighbor has a rooster. He started crowing at 6 a.m. every few minutes for 2 days and since 3:30 this morning. That woke all of us up as he can be heard throughout the house. We also lost the lotto for noisy neighbors that stayed up until all hours but we realize that is not the owners fault.
Joe and Newly were the perfect hosts to help us spend our holidays away from home. Anything we needed they came through. The beds were comfortable, the shower excellent, and the neighborhood pleasant. Loved that our dog was able to join us too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return here again!
Tidy home, which had all the amenities we needed for our stay.
