Stayed Feb 1, 2024House is very well appointed and the backyard is quite nice, esp with the lemon and grapefuit trees. Management was ultra responsive (Eddie is fantastic) and supplied a new grill and firepit. House exceeded our expectations and we'd look forward to staying in the future.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023We loved our stay at this house in Sun City! The house is well-equipped, the beds good, and the back patio delightful with its lemon and grapefruit trees, a fire pit and water feature. The manager is wonderful and responded quickly to my questions.

Stayed Nov 1, 2022Enjoyed our stay here during Nov and Dec. House is nicely furnished and outdoor spaces are lovely. Quiet area that is walkable to Mountainview Clubhouse with its many nice amenities . Owner’s representative very easy to work with.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022Sams house was very nice. The kitchen had all the dishes needed to make meals. All the appliances worked beautifully and everything was very clean. The BBQ was fairly new and the backyard had lovely deck furniture for relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the large screen TVs were most enjoyable. We had a small issue checking in when we first arrived but Sam was very prompt in dealing with it and it was settled quickly. We would love to return to this home another time.

Stayed Jan 1, 2022A few things, such as the lights in the fans in the back patio were not working, but were fixed promptly. A few days before leaving we tried the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and it was not working, but we didn't have enough time to get it fixed.
