It is a duplex, so we stayed in half of it. There were 2 couples. Both beds were comfy, plenty of towels, tissues and paper towels. Kuerig coffee pot. No dining table to sit at but very large counter with 4 stools. Bathroom is roomy. Great outdoor area with a table and chairs. It wasn’t as easy to get to the beach access but the wagon, chairs and cooler were awesome!

The property was perfect for our stay. 4 beach chairs in great condition, a beach wagon & plenty of beach towels! Nice shower, Keurig, pots & pans, and tile floors. The location was perfect.. easy to walk to restaurants, shopping & bars with live music. Easy walk to the beach. Publix grocery store a few miles down the road (on the island) . Can’t wait to visit again and see the progress of rebuilding this beautiful beach community!

Worst was the 5 roaches we saw during our visit. The street is in transition with half the locations under repair, for sale or empty lots due to hurricane. Lots of noise with hammering and concrete trucks. Traffic at the corner is backed up for miles most of the day. l missed not having a clothes washer or dryer. Also no dish washer. No lanai for fresh air without bugs in the evening. It is a duplex with neighbors a wall away. They were noisy in the evening. Bathroom door was very squeaky waking up a light sleeper. No face towels in the bathroom for shaving or showering. Pots and pans were nice and new.

The rental was clean and had everything we needed. Very homey and comfy. The owner was very responsive and communicated well. This property is in a great location. 2 blocks from the beach!

We had such a relaxing time staying here in Fort Myers. Everything was just perfect!

This was a great place for us to stay in FMB. Unit is in fabulous condition, lot of space, easy check in and check out. Almost hard to believe there are places in such good condition, with most places not back up after Ian. Perfect location, easy walk to the beach and some adjacent locales such as Diamond Head. Owner was super helpful with great commx
