This spacious open concept 3 bedroom home is perfect for groups to sit back and enjoy Arizona. The backyard garden attracts various birds and critters with the sounds of the running fountain. There are 2 separate living room areas which is perfect for multiple families or couples wanting to share a place, but have their own space. Each living room has a large flat screen TV with internet TV and plenty of comfortable leather seating.

The chef's kitchen features a double oven, a gas stove top and bar seat eating area around the large island as well as a kitchen/dining nook.

Each bedroom is appointed with comfortable linens. The master bedroom is spacious with a king as well as a pullout couch and en suite bathroom. There are 2 guest bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed down the hall from each other, adjacent to a full guest bath.

The garage has space for 1 parked car.
