Deer View Cottage on 16 Acres, King Size Bed, No Pet Fee

The cottage is immaculate! It is as if we are the first people to ever stay here!

We Travel frequently and this was by far the best lodging experience we’ve had. The cottage was immaculate with everything labeled and easy to find. It was like walking into a brand new, fully furnished home. The property and grounds are well cared for. Communication with the owner was fantastic and easy. Our stay was very relaxing and it was easy to forget that nearby is a bustling active city. The name Deer View was spot on as well. We loved having coffee and watching the deer in the mornings. This is now our new favorite place to stay.

The cottage was perfect! Very clean modern appliances, bed was comfortable air conditioner were perfectly-- it was in the 90's during our stay. I am a camper and it felt as if I were somewhere in the woods! We saw deer each morning. We brought our dog Rocky no pet fee that was also a bonus. Hosts were pleasant & available and replied immediately when we reached out. I will definitely return on my next trip to Grovetown! Thank you Jasmine & Will. Ana, Michael & rocky

This is a sweet little cottage that I’m gonna assume the couch turns into a bed -if that is the case this is great for a 4 person family if it isn’t then the place is suited to 3. It’s clean, pretty, there are breakfast supplies plus a fully operational kitchen. I was staying there alone but twice had groups over and in that case just the living room kitchen and outdoors does well enough for about 7 adults or if there are kids several adults and a few kids. I highly recommend, there is tons of private space, twice I saw deer in the outdoors right outside it. It fit my needs perfectly (I was taking guests after a funeral) except the parking for a party while plenty of room it is hard to explain to folks before hand where to park and where not - but there is absolutely room for 5 cars of visitors.

We are repeat guests and always look forward to staying at Deer View Cottage. It is a quiet location, and the cottage is very comfortable with all the conveniences we need.

Everything was very clean! The host were caring and available. The beautiful cottage was in a beautiful area. Lots of deer!

Roomy, clean, well laid out cottage. A lot of room for the money. We loved seeing the deer outside our cottage. There's a reason it's called Deer View Cottage!

Our stay was FABULOUS. The property is beautiful and the house is perfect and clean. The only suggestion I have is for a small lamp in the living room. We had a great time and our vizslas loved it. It was the first time we learned all our hard work training them in paid off. They enjoyed their stay too. Can not wait to come back

The cottage was the perfect size for us and very nice inside. Even with the last minute addition of our adult son, we had enough room. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and were finished more like a home than a rental. The crown molding, appliances and countertops really made you feel like you weren’t in a rental. We would love to stay there again if we are ever in the area.

This is not our first time at the property and lien always we had a great stay. The cabins are clean and the owners are very attentive. Can’t wait for our next stay.

This property was so amazing to stay at. It was easy to find, we were in for a long weekend visiting with family and it meet all of our needs! It’s pet friendly which was an amazing because we brought our two dogs with us. My son loved watching the deer play around the cabin in the evenings and mornings. All toiletries was provided, along with other little extras. Which when traveling is such a life saver, we gratefully appreciated it. The owners live on property and we even had some neighbors at the cottage next to us but everyone was so friendly. We definitely have this place saved for our next visit with family to book.
