Enjoy the perfect Park City vacation in this 4 br / 4.5 ba townhome located within walking distance from Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Resort. And also very near to Main Street in Park City.

Newly remodeled, this townhome features premium finishes, including slate, wood and carpeted floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, well-equipped kitchen and full-sized laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, silverware and glassware. Basically anything you need to have an effortless vacation will be here. Just bring your suitcase.

The main level includes an open floor plan kitchen, living and dining room area. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, serve ware, utensils, pans, crockpot and coffee makers (K-cup + standard types), with plenty of cabinets and counterspace. The dining table seats 8 and the bar area seats 4. The main floor is accessed by the front door and also includes a the laundry room, a powder room. Additionally the 4th bedroom is on the main floor of this townhouse. This 4th bedroom includes twin bunks plus an additional single bed, a small dresser and TV. Off this bedroom is a private / en-suite bathroom including a shower, toilet and small walk-in closet.

The upper level includes three bedrooms and three private / en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third has a queen bed. Vaulted ceilings, TVs, dressers and premium touches make this floor a wonderful place for multiple families or generations to stay with privacy. One bedroom has a fireplace.

The lower level includes an oversized double garage which provides ample room for a car or two (although you don't need one!). There is also a separate entry area and coat room off the garage where you can store clothes, boots, hats and mits in a warm, yet tucked-away place.

The back patio is surrounded by nature and aspen trees, and includes a private brand new hot tub. A beautiful place to relax after a long day of skiing, biking or hiking.

This conveniently-located townhome is located on the free bus route, which many locals and frequent visitors love as an easy way to get around town. The free bus or the private skier shuttle (winter) will take you to Deer Valley Resort (if you don't want to walk).

For summer travelers, this perfectly located Park City townhome is near to Deer Valley Plaza which is a mellow hub of activities in the summer. Also very near to Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Resort where outdoor summer concerts are a must see. We have mountain bikes in garage. And the deck off the family room / dining room is perfect to enjoy summer breezes. We do have air conditioning on our second floor, but it may or may not be needed — many homes in Park City don’t have it, as the days are warm and evenings are cooler. An easy walk to Main Street, Park City. Enjoy the summer! Some will argue it's the best season in Park City.

    We had seven adults and one two year-old staying here for four nights. The access to deer Valley and Park city was so convenient. The property was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and lots of family space. Check-in was extremely easy and the property manager was very accommodating since we had a two year-old with us. The one time we needed help she also got it taken care of within the hour. Would definitely come back!

    Townhome location to the resort and Main Street was awesome, the layout and amenities of the unit were perfect for our family of 7 and our 1 yr old grand daughter, it was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing the 9” of powder we got on Thurs night. We will be back for sure!

    What a lovely property Julie has! We traveled with our grown kids and their significant others and had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone had their own bedroom and on suite bathroom. The kitchen is outfitted with everything we needed for making breakfasts before our ski days. No need to get in the car or shuttle to get to Deer Valley's base, we walked each morning as it is so close. Plus, they have ski storage at the base, so you don't have to schlep your gear back and forth, so convenient! Wonderful dining area that fit all of us and a nice big sectional in the living room for movie watching. The hot tub on the back patio is a huge plus after a full day on the mountain. Julie and her team went above and beyond for us as we left a piece of luggage in her home when we checked out and she had it shipped to us. Highly recommend renting this beautiful home!

    This was our third stay at the property. It’s in a great location, quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the restaurants and shops on Main Street. Our family was looking forward to another great experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case this stay. The fireplace did not work, the Keurig couldn’t make coffee and the dryer was filled with dust and debris. These are all things that should be addressed by the property manager before check in. Attention to detail is the mark of a superior property. I’m confident these issues can be corrected for the next guest. End. from the property manager. number of
