    A great Deer Valley location with easy access to Snow Park Lodge. Getting on and off Success ski trail can be a bit tricky, so if you’re skiing with little ones, know that walking down to Snow Park may be what you’re in for. Otherwise, couldn’t ask for a better location. The property is well appointed and decorated and is comfortable for a family or two. The kitchen is super well equipped with premium cookware for cooking, which is appreciated! The hot tub is an added bonus for after long days of hitting the slopes!

    The place is remarkably clean and nice. The hot tub could be the best part of the experience, especially after a long day of skiing. It has a view of the mountains, including the World Cup event while we were staying there. We could walk theee houses to the path to the mountain and ski right down. Well-equipped and included an ample starter pack.

    The home is perfect — big comfy couch in front of wood burning fireplace with plenty of stocked wood. 2 king bedrooms, each with a gas FP and big en-suite baths. Additional bedroom sleeps 2 in bunks, also with gas FP and en-suite. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils and dish ware. Bonus room loft area with TV was good for 2 teens who wanted to escape the 4 adults. Views of the runs were gorgeous, including from the large hot tub. Home is ski out between 2 buildings in the complex to green Success run but a bit of a hike uphill to get back.

    This unit is advertised as ski in ski out. It is not. There is a 200 yard minimum walk down the street to a tiny path in between two other houses to get to the slopes. I’ve been skiing for 35 years and that is not ski in ski out in any definition that I’ve ever seen. When I reached out to the agency that rents this unit on behalf of the owners, they said they were legally allowed to call this ski in ski out. Even if that is true, which I doubt, it is unethical to call this unit ski in ski out. That said, the condo is a lovely unit if you don’t want ski in ski out.

    Our family always spends the MLK extended weekend somewhere in the DV area. This property was excellent for all of us and we loved our stay. Easy to get to, nice to have a garage, small walk to slopes, everything worked and as advertised. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, or use the park city management group that takes care of the property. They were helpful and available whenever we needed them.
