Deer Valley Escape @Nakoma Ski In Ski Out-Near The Montage

Great host.

The house was beautiful and very well-maintained. The property manager, Junior, was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. Skiing in via Custer is super convenient; you can make it all the way back to the house without taking off your skis. The only caveat is when Lady Morgan lift is closed, you can’t ski out. That said, Northside Express is about a minute drive from the house if that happens. Overall, this was a great location!

Beautiful new house that is ski and ski out near Lady Morgan lift. Perfect size for two families. We had 13 people and fit very comfortably. Gorgeous views of the mountains. Infrared Sauna, outdoor hot tub, peloton, modern kitchen. Loved it.

Our family and friends had the privilege of being one of the first renters of this phenomenal home! For 20 plus years, we have taken at least one trip (usually two) to enjoy our favorite ski resort - Deer Valley. We have run the gamut in terms of places to stay, we know what we like, we are pretty picky, and this was hands down the best ever. My husband and I were the constant with our adult kids, their friends and our friends coming and going throughout the week. (18 total over a week's time). From the moment we walked into the home, we were impressed. Breathtaking views of Lady Morgan ski lift and outstanding accommodations. The main floor which is an open kitchen along with the master suite was the perfect place to hang out, cook, eat and enjoy fellowship. With five additional bedrooms spread over four other floors, there was enough space for people to get away from the crowd. (And the elevator was a life saver for hauling things up and down...including tired people!) The ski locker room made getting gear on and off easy. The game room on the bottom floor was perfect for movie watching after a long day of skiing. Three full washer and dryers kept everyone in clean, dry clothes and the kids loved the outdoor hot tub at the end of the day. Ski out was a breeze...just a quick zip down the mountain to Lady Morgan. Skiing home was a bit trickier as you have to cross a road (which means taking your skis off and putting them back on which we figured out after the first day when we all hiked up the hill in our ski boots carrying our skis). But among the best parts of this rental experience was the property manager/concierge Junior. Can't say enough good things about him. From the moment we booked the home to the minute we finally left, Junior was someone who worked tirelessly to help ensure that we and our guests enjoyed our time in the mountains. We loved the home. Would definitely put it on the top of our list of places to return.
