Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    We had a large group for a celebration for two nights. Main Street is about 5 minutes from this location. There was plenty of room and it’s very comfortable. They provided very clear check out instructions. It was one of the easiest rentals I have used.

    Overall the place was great and the management company did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We booked this for a family reunion and had 16 people. The reason I gave 3 stars is we were told the place would have A/C by the owner and it didn’t. Before booking (almost 12 months prior to our stay) I reached out to see if there was A/C and was told the place did. When we arrived, they did not have A/C and luck would have it, we were visiting during the hottest days of the year. The location had an uninstalled A/C in the garage. The management company tried to maximize the fans and brought 3 portable A/C units to help us feel comfortable.

    Me and my family, and all my cousins converged on Deer Valley. We were greeted with a property that was completely accurate to the description. There was enough room for all of us. The place was awesome!!! We had an amazing time and already thinking about going back. The only negative is with a large group towels were at a premium. BUT, with a washer and dryer, it was fine. Still going back!!!

    This place was everything we hoped for. Best location and amazing for a big family reunion with lots of space and rooms. We had 5 families and we all had plenty of room. The only complaint I have is that they need more parking available. This is a large home for large groups and they only offer 2 parking spots. And there is NO where nearby to park. Everything else is 10/10!!
