Deer Hollow By Tahoe Getaways - Private Hot Tub- Access to Pool, Tennis and Gym

Very much enjoyed our stay at Deer Hollow.

Very clean and accommodating. When we reached out to property management the got right back to us and resolved the small issue we had. Also followed up the next day to just confirm everything was fine. I greatly appreciate that.

We love staying at this home. This is our second time, and hopefully there will be a third time. We really enjoy the open plan of the house. Very family friendly. It also was immaculately clean on arrival. Unfortunately for us the Caldor fire caused so much smoke, that we rarely left the house. We are sending prayers to all the people in the Tahoe area at this time. There are a few things we would like to suggest to help the owners of this beautiful home. First, the beds were a little hard, so maybe purchasing bed foam toppers would help with this? Also, the outdoor table had big holes in it. That was ok, but there were sharp screws sticking up through the holes, so we needed to be careful. Again, our stay was so nice. Such a great place to hang out. Thank you!

This was our second time renting this beautiful 4 bedroom home in Northstar for our girlfriend getaway and we still love it! We especially like the two sofa sectionals in the main area. There is plenty of towels, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Comfortable rooms and we look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, too! The only small suggestions to improve this wonderful vacation home is a new outside table, new dining chairs (no back support when your sitting there for hours), coffeemaker is worn and you can't read any of the buttons and no automatic ice maker - just two trays. Nothing that would prevent us from coming back!

We spent the Thanksgiving week with the family at Deer Hollow. The house was adequate, but for similar houses we have rented in Northstar and Tahoe Donner, it was lacking. In 2 of the downstairs bedrooms, there were no dressers. All the clothes we had packed for the week had to be layed on the floor. In the upstairs master bedroom with a king bed, there was only one nightstand, so everything that should have been on the nightstand was put on the floor. The other thing that was lacking were supplies. No laundry soap (but we were requested to start the laundry before we left), toilet paper and paper towels were is sparse supply. There was also a nice fireplace in the living room, but the garage, where the firewood was kept, had a sign that it was only to be used by the owner. Also, there was no bear box outside the house, so all the garbage had to be trucked to the garbage cans offsight. If we are spending $600 to $700 a night plus fees, this all should have been included.

Extremely poor experience. The DVD player did not work, the grill was not cleaned, the hot tub did not heat up fully, the top stairs shower leaked the entire time we were there, one of the downstairs showers did not work at all, old washer and dryer that were completely loud/could not run at night, old electric stove, old fridge with no ice maker, old coffee maker, upstairs bed was old. Garbage was strewn outside in front and in back. Will never rent this house again, ridiculous rent and cleaning charges. Bad customer service. Impossible to get pool time, no gym.

This was the second time we were at this property and it is always nice. Smooth process, garage a bit small at one side. Thank you.

Beautiful home. Close to restaurants and shops. I would warn people to lock there cars as a bear got into both our cars in day hours a did major damage

The photos don't do this house justice. Super comfortable with two sitting sofa areas. Well stocked, lots of space and the hot tub was heaven! Already want to go back.
