Deep dock, updated 2 bedroom, walk to Cabana Club! Across from the Golf Course!

Had a great week, seen a dolphin right by us while kayaking, manatees almost every day and a shark while fishing. The bikes were handy to get to the club house. All the restaurants in marathon are amazing and most give you an ocean view. We will be back!

Came with some extra emenitties. Had kayaks and grills. Right on the water close to beach

Property was as expected. Quiet community.

Disappointed- lock on door, washing machine & ice maker BROKE! VRBO rental thru FL Keys Vacation Rentals/ Jessica Borraccino Mgr knew about broken issues & replied parts on order. Provided a stick to hold broken door shut. Sent counter top ice maker (needed a lot of attention to cycle ice from the machine to the freezer). Ms Borraccino said they would send a cleaner to pick up laundry (sensitive to animals/ fragrances- so this wouldn’t work for us & we had no idea if we would get our clothes back before we needed to leave). If we knew about this before our arrival we would have asked to be moved or cancel this reservation. Other issues; 3 foot long rip in screen, handle on screen door broke, screen door held closed by a bungee, TV had cable but only 6 channels (bring a Fire stick), no dining table inside, handle on Green Egg broke, grill full of grease (fire hazard- couldn’t use), no dish cloths/towels, not enough flatware. CHECKIN PROCESS WAS NOT NEEDED- I had to pickup a paper envelope with the door code printed on the outside of the envelope. The code could have been texted, emailed or called to me when the property was cleaned/ready. There was no need for me to go to the rental office to pick up this envelope. The envelope had my name, phone number and the property address & anyone could have opened the box and picked up my info. I planned this vacation months ago and feel these issues could’ve been avoided and/ or disclosed. I truly hope this property gets the much needed attention and another family isn’t inconvenienced. My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in this property. 5 star location, nice amenities. This property has no cable TV. The refrigerator ice maker quit working. This was reported to the property manager. The bar area is cramped. Not much decor in the unit. Could not give the unit a 5 star for those reasons. However great location and all other amenities very nice. I would stay in the unit again.

I loved everything, especially the beds and the coffee maker. The only thing that was lacking was paper towels and bit more cable. There were only 3-5 channels in English. We bought a Roku to make the living room tv pick up Netflix etc. (and took it home with us) Thank you again for a wonderful vacation. I will be referring my friends to stay at your home.

This property looked like this would meet our families needs but fell short. Pros: The Big Green Egg and a gas grill was a nice bonus. The location was great. It looks like there are two kayaks for guest’s use but it wasn’t listed so we didn’t want to assume and didn’t use them. The Keurig makes great cappuccinos. The refrigerator was huge. The A/C didn’t need to be set lower than 76 to feel cool. Cons: Keys are a few miles from the property. A lockbox would be so much more efficient. The kitchen was missing basic tools such as kitchen spatulas. Missing were common appliances like a handmixer. The pans needed replaced. Mismatched plastic glassware and silverware were a minor inconvenience but was disappointing as all other properties in KCB had all of these amenities and more. Overall the property was clean. The a/c closet door and inside it were filthy. There was no broom or vacuum to clean with- we had to buy one and left it. They have TVs but the “cable” is absolutely a joke. Thank goodness we brought our chrome cast. Literally no basic channels. The porches’ closet was locked for owners use- understandable it just just a surprise. They have Coolaroo shades, which was nice, but the anchor needs replaced so they don’t blow around. Multiple lights are out in their strands of lights but there are enough to light up the porch. Overall it was an ok stay but we would not rent here again.

Fabulous location, the dock is great for fishing, house is lovely. Furniture is comfortable, kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and linens are high quality.

Half duplex was perfect for two couples. Loved the screened porch. Plenty of towels. Marathon was a great location to explore the keys.
